100 BLOCK OF VALLEY MEADOW DRIVE – A woman stated her mother assaulted her and her grandmother. The suspect came to jail for assault family violence with previous convictions and assault on elderly with bodily injury.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4659 – A man advised his cousin was physically assaulting him and his grandmother. After further investigation, it was determined only the cousin was assaulted and grandma advised she was never injured. The suspect came to jail.

800 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3592 – Complainant advised her son was intoxicated and destroying items in the house. No physical altercation occurred. The complainant advised she only wanted deputies to assist in getting her son to bed.

FARM ROAD 718 AT TEXAS 114 – Deputy responded to a report of a reckless driver who turned in to the Kountry Korner gas station. Deputy observed the vehicle sitting there and made contact with the driver and passenger, who were both unconscious. The passenger was found to have a warrant for his arrest and was placed in custody. A probable cause search of the vehicle resulted in several different types of contraband being located and the driver being placed in custody.

CHICO MART – A vehicle was stopped for a traffic offense. A consent search was denied, and a K9 was requested. The K9 made a positive alert and narcotics were located. A person came to jail for possession.

1100 BLOCK OF SALT CREEK ROAD – Complainant reported arriving at her mother’s house after weeks away and noticed the front door and sliding glass doors were open. Nothing was stolen, and no signs of forced entry were observed.

J&J STORE – A man was caught stealing copper and aluminum from the gas pumps. He was arrested for theft of materials.

6000 BLOCK OF EAST U.S. 380 – A woman advised her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend ripped all of her clothes and urinated all over her bed.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4591 – A missing 18-year-old woman is feared in danger due to her 40-year-old boyfriend’s criminal activities.

700 BLOCK OF WEST LAMAR – Complainant stated a known person was paid to do work on her residence but failed to complete the work.

COUNTY ROAD 3640 AT FARM ROAD 920 – Complainant reported a vehicle partially blocking the roadway. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Jack County.

400 BLOCK OF RODGER ROAD – A man was reported as having a heart attack and possibly dying. Medics made scene and cleared. It was later determined the man was lying to his mother. The man caused alarm and response from emergency personnel, and he was arrested for false alarm.

100 BLOCK OF SADDLEBROOK COURT – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a man for driving while intoxicated.

12100 BLOCK OF SHINE – A basketball goal was taken from the front yard.

U.S. 380 AT COUNTY ROAD 1304 – A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle that was driving recklessly, almost rear-ended the officer and narrowly missed hitting a vehicle in the left lane going around the patrol unit. The person was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated third or more.

100 BLOCK OF SADDLEBROOK COURT – A woman and her husband were arguing because he was intoxicated and trying to leave to get more alcohol. Deputy informed the husband to stay home.

100 BLOCK OF SADDLEBROOK COURT – Deputy observed the man from the previous disturbance operating his motor vehicle and fail to signal his turn. A traffic stop was initiated, and the man was taken into custody.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1512 – Complainant reported a verbal disturbance between her and her boyfriend. The caller left prior to the deputy’s arrival. The caller was later located, and the boyfriend left the residence with all of his stuff.

2500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2690 – Complainant was assaulted by his ex-wife. She came to jail.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4790 – A woman stated her fiance is continuously calling and threatening to take their child.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3709 – A married couple were fighting. Both parties had injuries. Upon further investigation, it was found the wife was the aggressor in the disturbance. She was arrested.

COUNTY ROAD 4756 AT PRIVATE ROAD 4754 – A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Consent to search was refused. K-9 made the scene and alerted on the vehicle. Upon a search of the vehicle, officers discovered two small baggies of marijuana. The driver was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4813 – Complainant advised her boyfriend had broken her front door and a window in her bedroom, and she wanted him to leave due to him being intoxicated. The suspect was able to get a neighbor to give him a ride to his mother’s house.

1600 BLOCK OF CHICO HIGHWAY – Deputy observed a person at a closed and vacant business and made contact. The man voluntarily consented to a person’s search and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

4400 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 – Complainant reported a known person broke into his home and two buildings.

COUNTY ROAD 4227 – Complainant advised a driver was stopped in the middle of the highway. Upon arrival, the driver was found unresponsive. Deputies were able to awaken the driver who was transported by medics.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A man reported his credit card was used out of town at a gas station.

U.S. 81/287 AT VERONA’S PIZZA – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two occupants for 722 grams of THC edibles and 1 ounce of marijuana.

300 BLOCK OF SOUTH WEATHERFORD – A man was upset that his girlfriend’s friend butted into their argument and told her to leave his residence. The woman was given a ride home and parties were separated.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3383 – A woman reported a man she just met and smoked methamphetamine with fired a gun at her while she was sitting in her vehicle. The man was arrested for deadly conduct-firearm. During the investigation, the complainant was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. She was also arrested.

600 BLOCK OF CATES – A deputy observed a man on the railroad tracks attempting to flag down a woman close by. When the deputy made contact with the man, the woman left the area quickly. A subsequent search of the man revealed paraphernalia on his person. The woman was later located, which revealed contradicting stories between the two. Both were ultimately released on their own recognizance with the man receiving a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and the woman receiving a citation for failing to change address.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4474 – A woman reported her husband was yelling and causing a scene for no reason.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 2381 – A verbal disturbance took place over a contractor not completing the job and attempting to pick up materials the complainant has already paid for.
