8200 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 SOUTH – Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two people for drug paraphernalia.

FARM ROAD 2952 AT PRIVATE ROAD 1518 – Complainant advised observing a rifle in a dried up pond. The rifle was recovered.

200 BLOCK OF JOHNSON DRIVE – A woman advised finding a firearm in her barn. A shotgun was recovered.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3351 – Two females were viciously bitten by a bull mastiff and later transported to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. The animal was later trapped, and the deputy transported it to the Wise County Animal Shelter for quarantine. The owner was later located and issued a citation.

10800 BLOCK OF WEST TEXAS 199 – Unknown people made entry and took cigarettes from the business.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3249 – Animal control requested assistance on stolen livestock. The livestock was stolen out of Oklahoma and was observed on the property.

2800 BLOCK OF U.S. 380 – Complainant reported being shot at by a known person as he was walking away from the home. The shooter stated he shot the shotgun in the air and not at the complainant. The complainant came to jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4693 – Complainant reported his grandfather was causing a disturbance. It was discovered the complainant threatened the grandfather. The complainant came to jail.

100 BLOCK OF HIDDEN MEADOW – Complainant reported coming home and noticing her back door kicked in. Several electronics were stolen from the home.

1400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3591 – A woman said she saw numerous individuals in a home under construction. The homeowner was contacted and advised no workers should have been there.

FARM ROAD 3259 – A sheriff’s office vehicle was damaged by hail while en route to a call.

2900 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 51 NORTH – Two occupants were found sleeping in a truck parked at an abandoned building. Both people were arrested for outstanding felony warrants.

400 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 3259 – A welfare check was performed on a man walking in the bar ditch. It was later discovered the man had an active warrant out of Wise County and was later arrested.

MORRIS/SCHOOL ROAD – A woman refused to cooperate on a traffic stop alone with a Rhome officer. A county unit was asked to respond.

1500 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1204 – Complainant reported a well pump and copper wire stolen.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4840 – Known people took copper leads, welding pipe stands and various other welding tools.

200 BLOCK OF BRIAR OAKS LANE – An air compressor was taken from the back porch by a possible known subject. The compressor was located by the complainant at Cash America Pawn in Azle and asked to be held for investigation.

1900 BLOCK OF NORTH FARM ROAD 51 – A physical disturbance took place between husband and wife. The husband was upset over a phone call. He punched his wife in the face. He came to jail.

400 BLOCK OF SANDY BASS – A physical disturbance took place between several people. Two women came to jail for assault. One man came to jail for a WCSO warrant.

CATFISH O’HARLIES – An intoxicated male who had been removed from Bono’s was located passed out in the parking lot at Catfish O’Harlies.

FM 1810 AT THE JACK COUNTY LINE – Complainant reported a battery was removed from a street sweeper without consent.

SHELL STATION IN RHOME – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for unlawful possession of firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4675 – A woman reported a person who resides at the home slashed a hole in her tires.

5900 BLOCK OF TEXAS 114 – Unknown people cut a lock to a storage unit and vandalized the unit.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3486 – A man reported his 35-year-old son, who resides in the home, was being verbally abusive.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3451 – During the overnight hours, someone entered a man’s truck and stole a handgun. The suspects also entered the man’s shop and stole power tools.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1609 – A woman reported someone stole her electronic gate equipment sometime during the night.

200 BLOCK OF JAY KELLY LANE – The complainant reported being involved in a road rage incident with known people. The people later began to harass the complainant by phone.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE LANE – A man reported observing his neighbor placing trash on the complainant’s property at 2 a.m. The neighbor was issued a criminal trespass warning.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3416 – While attempting to serve a felony warrant, a woman who lived at the home hid the wanted subject and lied about him being there. She was arrested for hindering apprehension of a known felon.

5800 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 – A vehicle was stopped and consent to search was given. Officers found 64 grams of THC edibles and 16 containers with 12 grams of marijuana. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 4-400 grams and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. A passenger was arrested for outstanding warrants.

200 BLOCK OF MIMOSA – A deputy responded to a theft report but could not locate the complainant. While speaking to a person at the scene, a loaded syringe was observed tucked behind the person’s ear. The person was subsequently detained and a search warrant of the home was later executed. Four people were later arrested.

COUNTY ROAD 3258 – Complainant at a well site reported a 12-volt battery and other equipment stolen.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A man came to the jail lobby for visitation with his wife. He was taken to jail when it was discovered he had a felony warrant.
