100 BLOCK OF DEER TRAIL – A woman advised her mother was making threats and she was scared. Complainant’s mother advised she did not make any threats, but advised she did not want her to come back to her house. Complainant’s mother was advised to file for eviction to remove her adult daughter from the residence.

FARM ROAD 718 AT OLD BASE – Vehicle was stopped for failure to stop at stop sign. Deputy detected an odor of marijuana. Deputy spoke to driver outside the vehicle and he removed a bag containing a small amount of marijuana from his pants pocket. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed another bottle containing marijuana remnants. A citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and no drivers license were issued to the driver.

200 BLOCK OF JENNINGS – A verbal disturbance took place between two intoxicated people. A sober person drove one of the intoxicated people back home to Saginaw.

PRIVATE ROAD 4425 – Complainant advised she worked for a trash service and was harassed by a customer’s neighbor for driving on “his” private road.

FARM ROAD 2048 – A man stated his Valero card had been used to purchase $150 worth of fuel. He stated that he didn’t want to file charges but rather document the incident for compensation by Valero for the theft.

6900 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2123 – Officers responded to a domestic physical in progress. Upon arrival, deputy made contact with the complainant who was in hysterics and was incoherent. Once medics arrived and helped her to calm down, deputies were able to determine the complainant had an argument with her landlord/employer while riding in her vehicle. During the argument, complainant was hit slightly on her forehead. Complainant showed no visible injuries. Complainant had her husband pick her up, and she agreed to remain separated from her employer.
