100 BLOCK OF MINNOW STREET – Deputies met with a mother and daughter arguing over the state of the house and spilt Kool-Aid. Deputies checked the home for others involved and/or property damaged. Nothing was discovered. Deputies advised the mother and daughter to cease their argument.
U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 4421 – A vehicle was stopped for failure to signal lane change. Contact was made with the driver who displayed several behavioral clues that criminal activity may be present. Deputy observed odor of marijuana. Driver admitted to “some marijuana in a compartment.” The vehicle was searched and marijuana was located in a natural void. The contraband was seized, and the driver was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4858 – A woman called 911 and advised the call was accidental. A deputy responded to the location to check on her welfare. Contact was made at the front door with a man who had blood on his face. He said he was the only occupant at the home. A woman was found hiding in the house, and drug paraphernalia was seen in plain view. A search warrant was obtained, and officers discovered less than 1 gram of methamphetamine and a bottle of prescription pills. Both parties were arrested.
100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 2381 – Complainant advised she made a $325 deposit to a local auction house for a 10-year-old horse. The complainant had a friend go to the address and look at the horse, which the friend advised was 30 years old. The complainant advised the owner refused to give a refund.
COUNTY ROAD 4280 – A man stated he was driving past a residence and a known person shined a light in his eyes and then fired a shot at his vehicle.
500 BLOCK OF STONEGATE DRIVE – A woman said she and her daughter got into a physical altercation. Upon deputy’s arrival, neither party wished to press charges and only one party had a minor scratch on her arm. Parties were separated for the night.
