2300 BLOCK OF PRESKITT ROAD – A man advised he found two deceased calves in the creek on his property. He said his neighbor was possibly the suspect.

PIONEER AT U.S. 81/287 – A vehicle was parked with two occupants at a Devon lease gate. The deputy smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search produced drug paraphernalia. Citations were issued to both parties.

LAKE ROAD AT U.S. 380 – Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle on the side of the road with its flashers on. It was discovered the man and woman were in a verbal disturbance. All parties agreed to be civil for the rest of their drive.

FARM ROAD 1810 AT FARM ROAD 1655 – A verbal disturbance was reported between two men over one of them stealing $22 from the tip jar at his business. One man was issued a citation for theft and ordered to leave. The money was returned to the victim.

U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 1160 – Officer stopped a vehicle for impeding traffic. Probable cause was obtained and a search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana. The driver was issued a warning and released from the scene.

FARM ROAD 730 AT FARM ROAD 2048 – A vehicle was stopped for expired vehicle registration and littering. The driver admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. The marijuana was seized and the driver cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

ROGERS ROAD AT COUNTY ROAD 4858 – Deputy observed three people walking in the road. One person pulled a baggie out of a pocket and dropped it on the ground. The person was detained and deputy retrieved the clear bag that contained methamphetamine. The person was arrested.
