SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A man reported his girlfriend assaulted him a month ago. He advised that at the time of the assault, he didn’t want to press charges. Now he wished to prosecute.

DOLLAR GENERAL IN ALVORD – Complainant reported three women stole various items from the store. The women were located and issued citations for theft.

100 BLOCK OF CHISHOLM COURT – A woman caused a disturbance over her husband bringing his mother and sister to the residence to assist him in packing his belongings and leaving. The woman assaulted her husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law during the single criminal episode. The woman was also wanted by Haltom City Police Department for assault bodily injury family member. She was arrested.

FARM ROAD 718 AT COUNTY ROAD 4856 – A man was sleeping on the railroad ties next to the track and left his bicycle on the track. A Union Pacific train reported hitting the bicycle and possibly the man. After investigation, it was determined the man was hit by the bicycle, not the train.

SOUTH HUBBARD STREET AT WEST BYPASS U.S. 81/287 – Complainant stated she and her husband were arguing and he refused to get out of the car. Both parties agreed to be civil and continued their drive to Waco.
