400 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1758 – A man reported he and his boyfriend got into an argument the night before, and the boyfriend took off in his truck and had not yet returned it.

100 BLOCK OF CROSSROADS COURT – A woman reported her adult son stole her vehicle. She later declined charges. During the investigation, the complainant’s father reported the son stole and pawned two of his rifles. The father wished to file charges for theft of a firearm.

600 BLOCK OF BULLION – The complainant reported a known person forced himself into the complainant’s home and assaulted him, pushing the complainant down the hallway. The intruder was arrested for burglary of a habitation.

TOTAL LAWN CARE – The sheriff’s office received a business alarm, resulting in the discovery of a shattered side window, and a Honda 250 motorcycle being stolen.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2822 – A woman stated when she arrived home that afternoon, she noticed her home had been burglarized. Various jewelry and a jar of change had been taken.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4591 – A woman entered a home she believed belonged to her friend. The homeowner told her it was the wrong house. The woman was issued a criminal trespass warning.

200 BLOCK OF KILLOUGH – The complainant from a prior call, about a neighbor threatening a city worker with a gun, wished to file a report about the incident. It’s part of an ongoing civil issue with the city over an easement.

200 BLOCK OF WEST FRANKLIN – Someone entered a shed and took several items.

100 BLOCK OF SOUTH DAVIS STREET – A woman said her boyfriend assaulted her over a text message on her phone. She did not have any visible signs of an assault. She did not wish to prosecute.

2900 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 114 – A complainant advised an unknown person knocked on the door and a gun dropped out of his pocket. The person left and was found down the road in a vehicle. The subject denied consent to search, and K-9 assisted with gaining probable cause in which narcotics were found. Both driver and passenger were arrested.

8900 BLOCK OF SOUTH FARM ROAD 730 – A known person damaged the complainant’s fence with his vehicle. The person agreed to fix the fence at a later date. The complainant has not been able to contact the subject recently.

600 BLOCK OF ROGERS – The complainant’s adult son was yelling and hitting items in the house over his nephew stealing money from him.
