TEXAS 101 AT PRIVATE ROAD 1529 – A traffic stop was made for obscured license plate. It was discovered the driver’s license was suspended, he didn’t have insurance and he altered his temporary plate. He came to jail.

100 BLOCK OF BOLT COURT – A woman advised her neighbor cut her fence, causing $200 worth of damage.

THOMPSON AT 9TH STREET – A traffic stop was made for failing to use turn signal. After further investigation, the deputy obtained consent to search the vehicle. The deputy located a small glass pipe with burnt marijuana inside of it. The passenger claimed ownership and was issued a possession of drug paraphernalia citation.

700 BLOCK OF COYOTE TRAIL – Complainant advised his neighbors were physically assaulting each other. It was later determined that former spouses became irate toward each other and engaged in a physical altercation causing apparent minor injuries. Both parties were arrested for mutual family violence.

MCCANNE STREET AT CENTRAL AVENUE – Deputy was flagged down by an angry mother who stated her son’s bicycle was just stolen. The mother stated she just saw the bicycle being ridden down Central. Deputy arrived in the area and observed a man riding the bicycle, which was positively identified by the mother and her son. The person riding the bicycle gave a fictitious name and date of birth upon being contacted, and it was later discovered he had warrants from Dallas PD. He was placed in custody, at which time a marijuana smoking pipe was located on his person.

NEWARK FOOD MART – Deputy observed two bicyclists operating on the public roadway, traveling the wrong direction and without front mounted white light or rear mounted reflector. The two were stopped and the man immediately began to pat his right pocket. When asked why, the man advised he had a needle and a pipe in his pocket. A probable cause search of his person revealed three hypodermic syringes with methamphetamine residue, marijuana smoking pipe and zip bag with residue. The items were seized and the operator issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4659 – Complainant stated an unknown person took his motorcycle from the driveway.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1307 – A woman stated someone she knew left a card and flowers on her vehicle for Mother’s Day. The complainant stated she has an active protective order in place.

COUNTY ROAD 1326 AT COUNTY ROAD 1340 – The complainant stated unknown people caused damage to two sections of his fence. One section contained livestock. He believes it was kids who were cutting donuts in his field.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1380 – A third party complainant stated their neighbors were arguing. Upon arrival, it was discovered the husband and wife were arguing due to it being Mother’s Day.

7500 BLOCK OF BRIAR ROAD – An unknown person knocked down a bank of three mailboxes and left the passenger side mirror behind. The vehicle was located down the road. Contact was made with the vehicle’s owner who agreed to fix the mailboxes.

1600 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1596 – The complainant advised a gun safe was found open and a back window broken. The complainant stated the broken window could have been from the recent storms.

300 BLOCK OF WILSON COURT – A woman has fraudulent charges on multiple cards. She believes they were charged by a friend she tried to help a while back. Complainant is attempting to get her money back from the banks and is still gathering information.

1100 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 SOUTH – A vehicle was stopped for defective license plate light. The driver admitted to traveling back from Colorado and was transporting “six months” worth of marijuana and THC products. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, and 50.45 grams of marijuana and 117.6 grams of THC products were located. The driver was arrested and his husky was impounded at the animal shelter until his significant other could make the scene to retrieve the dog.

GREENWOOD ROAD AT COUNTY ROAD 2112 – A vehicle was stopped following several calls of reckless driving. A probable cause stop was made based on the vehicle found with its engine running parked in the roadway. Contact was made with the driver who was discovered highly intoxicated and currently eating Mexican food. The driver stated he had “two beers” and refused all testing. The driver was placed in custody and refused give a sample on intoxilyzer. A blood search warrant was applied for and granted.

BURKE STREET AT ROGERS ROAD – A traffic stop was made for defective stop lamp and a broken out tail lamp. Contact was made with two occupants who granted verbal consent to search. A glass smoking pipe containing methamphetamine was located under the passenger’s feet. A loaded hypodermic syringe containing methamphetamine was also located in rooftop storage. Both were arrested.

BOYD HIGH SCHOOL PARKING AREA – Deputy was dispatched to a fight in progress with claims that a man pulled a knife on several people. Officer arrived on the scene for crowd control and assisted in collecting statements.

MCCANNE STREET AT CENTRAL AVENUE – While on patrol, deputy observed a bicyclist and a pedestrian impeding roadway. When the officer made contact with the man and woman, the woman took off on the bicycle, claiming her brakes did not work. She was called back, and deputy observed a hypodermic syringe in the street, not weathered by the rain or conditions. Deputy collected the item and tried to question the woman, who then took off on her bike again. Deputy used taser to attempt compliance, but was unsuccessful. The woman was chased to a home in the 600 block of Pettit, where she was found hiding in a house. Zip baggies with residue were located in the bathroom where she was hiding. The homeowner completed a statement saying the woman forced her way into the home without consent. Upon arrest, the woman gave a fictitious name. It was later found the woman had warrants for her arrest.

10900 BLOCK OF SHADY OAKS – A verbal disturbance took place between neighbors over their children.

500 BLOCK OF SPRING VALLEY ROAD – The complainant stated a known person interfered with a 911 call.

100 BLOCK OF CLOVER LANE – Complainant was walking his neighborhood when his neighbor’s dog ran out of the residence and bit the complainant’s pant leg. The complainant yelled he was going to start carrying. The neighbor yelled back he would start carrying also and the complainant would have to deal with him. The complainant felt threatened and wanted the incident documented.

3800 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 – A verbal disturbance took place between boyfriend and girlfriend over the boyfriend busting the windows out of a vehicle that is in his name and he makes payments on. The woman was found to be the aggressor on scene. Parties were separated for the evening.

500 BLOCK OF ACORN DRIVE – Complainant reported a piece of construction equipment stolen by a known person.

NRS STORE – Complainant reported two credit card transactions from March 3 had been charged back to the store after being reported fraudulent from the card owners. The store now wanted to pursue charges against the unknown people who originally used the cards to make the purchases.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3838 – A man stated his gun has been missing since last November, and he believes it was stolen.

300 BLOCK OF BRIAR OAKS LANE – A woman’s granddaughter and boyfriend took her wallet and coin purse containing credit cards and approximately $1,700-worth of cash.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4441 – Complainant reported a neighbor was on her property without her permission. She requested a trespass warning. The man was issued a warning for the complainant’s address.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1698 – Complainant advised an unknown person cut their fence and attempted to steal their military vehicle.

3200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3250 – While on patrol, deputy located an abandoned boat on a trailer which had previously been red tagged on May 3. Deputy impounded the boat.

TEXAS 114 AT FARM ROAD 718 – A vehicle was stopped for failure to stop at designated point and expired vehicle registration. The two occupants exhibited nervous behavior. A consent to search was asked for but denied. Boyd K9 conducted an open air sniff with a positive alert. A search revealed 9.8 grams of methamphetamine and 3.8 grams of Adderall. Both occupants denied ownership and were arrested.

600 BLOCK OF COYOTE TRAIL – A call for an intoxicated driver led to a late report of a disturbance that occurred previously at the address. Complainant advised a woman left her home after a verbal altercation and requested the woman be issued a criminal trespass warning.

U.S. 81/287 SOUTH AT FARM ROAD 2264 – A vehicle was stopped for driving on an improved shoulder. While speaking with the driver, the deputy observed multiple signs of recent methamphetamine usage. When deputy requested consent to search the vehicle, the driver would not give a definite “yes” or “no” answer. A K9 responded and positively alerted on the vehicle. A probable cause search resulted in the discovery of 0.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine along with a smoking pipe. The driver was arrested.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4847 – Deputy received a call from a citizen who wanted to provide information about a stolen lawn mower at a known location. Deputy went to the location to attempt to locate the stolen mower and observed through a window several people using methamphetamine. They were brought outside, and one signed a consent form to search the home and retrieve the methamphetamine. Deputies seized 9.6 grams of methamphetamine. A woman at the location was arrested for three Wise County warrants.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4857 – A traffic stop was made for obstructed rear license plate. A field interview with the driver led to his own admission of contraband within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of a zip bag with methamphetamine residue, two straws for using methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe for smoking methamphetamine. The items were seized and the driver was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1111 – A verbal disturbance ensued due to the fact a cow jumped onto the complainant’s property. The cow has gotten out multiple times in the past. Parties were separated and the owner was issued a citation for animal at large.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4857 – A woman advised someone attempted to pry her door open while she was absent for two weeks. Damage was done to the door, but there were no suspects.

600 BLOCK OF SALT CREEK ROAD – Complainant stated he and his son were arguing over finances. So the son began damaging the complainant’s vehicle with a Coke bottle. Upon arrival it was discovered the son has an assault family violence with bodily injury warrant from Parker County. The man was arrested for the warrant.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4873 – A man reported three people on his property who didn’t belong. They were there to get money the complainant had stolen from them. They were advised to leave and file a theft report with Fort Worth Police.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4877 – The sheriff’s office received a complaint that a man was stalking a woman. He was at her house the morning she was leaving her home and then followed her to Rhome. The woman met with officers and made a statement for stalking. The woman then gave information that the man was back at her residence. Deputy went to the home and arrested the man on an outstanding warrant.
