2400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2320 – A man called saying his father was kicking him out of the house without the proper eviction process. The man was extremely intoxicated and was the cause of the disturbance. He agreed to separate for the evening to sober up.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1301 – A woman advised her ex-husband came over and kicked in the door to her house. She said the man was upset because he was not awarded the house in the divorce settlement. Deputies made contact with the man and advised him to get a lawyer to appeal the court’s ruling and not to return to the address.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3585 – Complainant reported his utility trailer and a riding lawnmower was stolen from his back pasture sometime between Sunday and yesterday.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4385 – A man advised a trailer, welding machine, took box and tools were stolen from his property.

900 BLOCK OF NORTH FARM ROAD 51 – All units assisted Decatur Police with two missing teens. A K9 was called. After a short search, both teens were found.

900 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1304 – Complainant advised someone broke into the barn and RV located inside the barn.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1743 – A man reported his stock trailer was stolen along with a welder and various tools from his shop. A report was taken and deputy returned to service. Complainant later called back reporting his adjoining property was also burglarized. Upon arrival, it was discovered that four injured parties existed in reference to this criminal episode. A boat was stolen as well as an additional welder and several tools from contracted labor performing work on the residence.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4871 – Complainant advised someone entered his pickup without permission and stole his Glock 19 and Xanax.

400 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 FRONTAGE – A woman advised her boyfriend was setting her clothes on fire and had thrown them outside in the yard. Upon arrival, deputies observed a burned up wedding dress in the front yard. The woman advised the boyfriend bought the dress for their wedding. She did not wish to prosecute at this time. Parties were separated for the evening.

600 BLOCK OF GLADNESS – Complainant advised a man from an earlier call had shown back up to his residence and was sitting in his vehicle. Deputy made contact with the man who was shown to be wanted out of Wise County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful restraint. He was issued a criminal trespass warning.

WISE COUNTY JAIL – Decatur PD arrested a combative man and brought him to jail. The suspect was then combative with the jail staff and spit blood on a jailer.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4877 – A woman’s adult grandson lives in a trailer on her property and came into her home yelling about the neighbor’s burning trash. The complainant felt threatened and called 911. Parties were separated for the night.

300 BLOCK OF SOUTH WEATHERFORD – Complainant reported the house next door being vacant and an unknown person standing on the carport of the property. The person then crawled under the house through a small access on the south side of the house. Deputies were able to talk the person into coming back out from under the house.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1785 – A man advised he allowed a woman to drive his truck to the above address and she made him get out and get the gate. When the man got the gate, the unknown woman left him on the side of the road. The man said he was unsure of the woman’s name, but stated she had pink hair. Drug use by both parties was suspected.

100 BLOCK OF BRANGUS COURT – Complainant advised she witnessed her elderly neighbors cussing at each other in their yard. Deputy made contact with the elderly couple who advised they had an argument over the husband not wanting to “weed-eat” the yard today. Deputy advised the wife to leave her husband alone and let him perform the yard work he wished to do.

U.S. 81/287 AT FARM ROAD 2264 – A man advised he believed he was being conned out of money by these “little kids” attempting to sell him cookie dough. After making contact with the suspect vehicle, it was determined that the father of the children selling cookie dough for a school fundraiser had a violation of probation warrant out of the sheriff’s office. The dad was placed into custody.

100 BLOCK OF LANGE WAY – Complainant reported items stolen a month earlier. A lawnmower was recovered at the scene and released to the victim.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4371 – A man reported his step-grandfather threatened him with bodily harm.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3051 – Complainant reported two known people caused approximately $5,000 worth of damage to his vehicle after a verbal altercation. The two people were located by Decatur PD and arrested for criminal mischief $2,500 to $30,000.

400 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1810 – A woman reported her brother was walking in the road under the influence of methamphetamine. The man was located and arrested for public intoxication.

200 BLOCK OF CIRCLE DEL RIO – Complainant advised his mother’s roommate was threatened by a bat by her roommate. Deputy spoke with complainant’s mother who advised her roommate pushed a baseball bat on her chest and threatened her. She did not want to pursue charges.

5500 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 – A man located an intoxicated man in a pickup in his driveway. Before the officer arrived, the man left. The vehicle was located north of Alvord and stopped for single lane violations. He was found to be intoxicated and arrested by DPS.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4476 – Complainant reported her husband assaulted her and left. He struck her on the face. After completing the family violence packet and leaving, within 30 minutes the man returned. He was arrested for assault bodily injury to a family member.

5900 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 – Sometime during the night, someone came to the SAS Truck Stop (old Navigator) and overturned the ice machine in front of the store. It was unplugged, and all the ice that was inside melted. Approximately 30 bags of ice were lost.

COUNTY ROAD 1280 – While assisting DPS on an accident, deputies detected an odor of marijuana emitting from a witness vehicle. A probable cause search was done, and a small amount of marijuana was located. The witness was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3204 – Complainant called and stated her son and the family dog were on their way home and the neighbor had run over the dog on purpose.

NO LOCATION GIVEN – A homeless woman was given a ride to Tarrant County where she was trying to get to her sister.

FARM ROAD 1810 AT FARM ROAD 1655 – Caller advised a possible rolling disturbance in a vehicle. The caller reported a man hit a woman as they drove by.

400 BLOCK OF DENVER STREET – A verbal disturbance took place between ex-boyfriend and girlfriend. Both parties were separated prior to deputy’s arrival.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1113 – A verbal disturbance took place between a man and woman. The man said the woman left prior to arrival and refused to identify the woman. The residence was searched and the woman was not located.

BUSINESS 81/287 AT SOUTH PIONEER – A vehicle was stationary on the shoulder with the rear brake lights on and in drive. Deputy stopped to check on the driver and he appeared disoriented. DPS was notified and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4856 – The sheriff’s office received a 911 transfer from Tarrant County stating an intoxicated man hit a woman and then hung up. Upon arrival, deputies did not locate the woman, and a man said he was slapped in the chest. Deputies attempted to contact the woman by phone but she would not answer.

2400 BLOCK OF COTTONDALE ROAD – Complainant’s deceased mother’s residence has been vacant for three years, and complainant observed a vehicle parked there today. One of the occupants had legal documents stating a right to the residence. Complainant was referred to her attorney. Another occupant was identified and found to have multiple warrants and was placed in custody upon confirmation.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1591 – Someone stole several tools.

1700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2535 – A woman’s dirt bike was stolen while she was at church.

500 BLOCK OF ELM STREET – Complainant said a man entered her home through a window, and when she attempted to contact the sheriff’s office for help, he grabbed her phone and broke it. The man was arrested.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4853 – A man stated he had an agreement for an individual to work on some tree trimming trucks. Complainant received a call from a neighbor nearby who stated the vehicles were being cut up and hauled off. Deputy arrived and determined the vehicles were abandoned property. Deputy referred both parties to civil court.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4721 – Complainant advised his daughter and her boyfriend were involved in a heated argument and were throwing items inside the residence. The daughter advised the argument was over his feelings. Boyfriend left prior to deputy’s arrival.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4429 – A woman reported two men took her debit card and used it at Love’s Truck Stop in Rhome. Deputy made contact with one of the men and advised him charges would be filed if the money spent was not returned. The man and the complainant made an agreement to meet at a later date to exchange the funds.

500 BLOCK OF ELM LANE – Complainant advised her boyfriend grabbed her by her hair and threw her to the ground. She sustained minor injuries.

100 BLOCK OF LANGE WAY – A woman advised her brother arrived back to the residence and started removing fence panels. The brother voluntarily removed his property from the residence and moved to Oklahoma City.

400 BLOCK OF BRIAR OAKS LANE – Deputies responded to a trailer parked on the side of the road with several vehicles parked nearby. When deputies approached the trailer and knocked on the door, they could hear shuffling, moving and low whispers from inside. One of the two occupants opened the door and appeared to be in a daze and could not answer questions. When one man was asked about narcotics, he became agitated and was detained. A K9 responded and gave a positive alert to all three vehicles on the scene. During the search, deputies discovered 5.4 grams of methamphetamine as well as Alprazolam and Xanax. Both the man and woman were taken to jail.

7700 BLOCK OF BRIAR ROAD – A man stated while he was in jail, someone he knew charged $446 to his credit cards without permission.

FARM ROAD 1810 – Deputies were in pursuit of a black cow. When they attempted to corral the cow, they became stuck in the mud. A wrecker was called to rescue the deputies.

2500 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2127 – A woman advised her intoxicated husband came by the house with his friends and stated he was going to pick up his truck and drive it home. Complainant followed her husband in an attempt to keep him from driving intoxicated. While driving down the road, the complainant’s husband opened the passenger door and jumped out of the moving vehicle. The wife who was following close behind clipped her husband with the front of her vehicle. DPS was notified.

200 BLOCK OF CHURCH LANE – A verbal disturbance took place between husband and wife. The husband left the scene prior to arrival. The man was stopped by Bridgeport Police Department at Farm Road 1658 at Farm Road 2952. The man had an active parole warrant. He was arrested.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4792 – Complainant called and stated she was assaulted and kicked out of the residence. After further investigation, deputy determined the woman had bruising and swelling around her eyes. Deputy attempted to speak to the man, but he was highly intoxicated. He became irritable with the deputy. He claimed the woman assaulted him because he was attempting to make her leave. The man did have lacerations to his face from the woman scratching him. Both claimed the injuries were induced in self-defense. Both were arrested. After arriving at the jail, the man continued to be combative with the deputy and jail staff.

100 BLOCK OF DORFLINGER COURT – A woman advised her mother-in-law attempted to run her over with a vehicle. During the investigation, it was determined the mother-in-law did not try to run over the complainant with a vehicle. A witness to the incident was shown to be wanted out of Parker County Sheriff’s Office for multiple warrants and taken into custody. Complainant wanted the mother-in-law issued a criminal trespass warning.

100 BLOCK OF LANGE WAY – A man advised his sister slapped him on the neck, but he advised he was leaving and did not wish to pursue charges. Deputy met with the sister who advised she asked her adult brother to help out around the house, which caused the argument. Parties were separated for the night.
