1500 BLOCK OF CUBA ROAD – The complainant was an associate at an equipment leasing company and advised a woman had leased equipment under false information and had not returned the property. Through help from dispatch and in-house records, deputies were able to obtain the whereabouts of the woman. Deputies then recovered the property at the above address and the leasing company took possession of the property.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3406 – A man reported unknown people at his house looking for his dad. The man said the people forced entry into the residence and then left.

200 BLOCK OF EAST FIFTH AVENUE – Complainant reported being assaulted by an unknown man at the Paradise Market. The complainant stated his car was also damaged in the assault.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4213 – A man advised he was assaulted by his stepfather. It was determined the fight was mutual combat. Parties advised they would be civil the rest of the evening.

FARM ROAD 730 AT COUNTY ROAD 4757 – A deputy was en route to a 911 hangup when a small deer ran across the road. The deputy hit the deer, causing minor damage to the vehicle.

TEXAS 101 AT COUNTY ROAD 1536 – Union Pacific reported a suspicious package left on a rail car. Deputy maintained scene security until Union Pacific PD could arrive. After investigation, it was determined to be a homemade battery pack left on the rail by an unknown person. The deputy secured the device for safekeeping and to be processed by CSI per Union Pacific PD.

FARM ROAD 1810 AT U.S. 81/287 – A traffic stop was conducted where the driver showed signs of nervousness. The driver denied consent to search, and a K9 was requested. The K9 alerted on the vehicle, and narcotics were located. The driver came to jail.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Complainant called about neighbors arguing. It was found the resident was shouting at a boyfriend over the cell phone.

100 BLOCK OF EPSOM COURT – A man called and stated his ex-girlfriend had assaulted him. After further investigation, it was determined the complainant was not letting his ex-girlfriend leave the residence and became physical, so she defended herself. Both parties sustained injuries. The man was arrested.

4800 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 115 – Two people took vapor cartridges and fled the store with the cashier chasing them. The cashier obtained the license plate number.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4871 – Complainant advised $1,800 had been fraudulently drafted from him bank account.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1183 – A woman stated her dog randomly got sick and died three days after a neighbor had purposely run over another dog in their own driveway. Video footage showed proof of the dog being run over, and they are getting an autopsy for the other dog.

9000 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 51 – Complainant stated her brother destroyed her gate and let four horses out.

OAKWOOD AND PARK ROAD – A boat reported stolen out of Arkansas was recovered.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4857 – A physical disturbance was reported between boyfriend and girlfriend by a 21-year-old daughter. Boyfriend and girlfriend denied physical violence and no injuries were present.

900 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4732 – Complainant advised his dogs were poisoned. It was later discovered that the two dogs were taken to the vet where it was determined they had ingested antifreeze.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2696 – Complainant said he was assaulted by his wife. Upon investigation, no evidence of a physical assault occurred.

U.S. 81/287 NORTH OF FARM ROAD 407 – Deputy assisted with a major accident. While speaking to the driver, deputy observed multiple signs of impairment. The deputy informed the trooper.

10000 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 51 – A woman advised she was physically assaulted. After further investigation, it was determined only her wrist was grabbed.

1300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3791 – After speaking with a complainant, deputy determined a man had been using methamphetamine. He showed numerous signs of intoxication. During the verbal altercation, the man armed himself with a kitchen knife to defend himself from people he would see, and then they would disappear. For his safety and the safety of the family, the man was arrested for public intoxication.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3298 – A woman stated she received a statement from a website for an order she didn’t place. She called the site and found out they had not taken any charges. She will be changing accounts.

100 BLOCK OF CHURCH STREET – Complainant stated someone broke into her mother’s house and took some invaluable items. They had already cleaned everything and moved items around. No charges were filed.

200 BLOCK OF ASHLEY STREET – Complainant saw a man trying to steal from a house construction site. When he yelled at the man, the man threw the things he had and left the scene.

1300 BLOCK OF TEXAS 114 – A man reported someone took his motorcycle. The motorcycle was recovered after being struck by a train.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 272 – A woman advised she and her father were involved in an argument over his drinking and a bag of chips. Parties agreed to go to bed.

100 BLOCK OF MINNOW – A man advised someone he knew threatened him and his three friends with a knife. Due to conflicting stories among witnesses, charges were filed at large.

1100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3555 – Complainant said he was driving down the road and saw an unknown individual standing on a porch with what he thought was a gun. The complainant turned around to see what was going on, and when he did, the unknown individual pointed the object toward him and told him to leave his property.

COUNTY ROAD 2514 – A generator with key was located on the roadway, possibly having fallen off a truck.

FARM ROAD 730 AT BRIAR ROAD – A traffic stop was made for displaying expired registration sticker/no license plates. Verbal consent to search was given by the driver, and a tin container holding 15.3 grams of methamphetamine was found. Narcotics were located in an area accessible by both occupants. Both occupants advised no knowledge of the narcotics. Both people were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 4-200 grams.

5700 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 114 – A man advised he was physically assaulted by the person he was completing work for. After further investigation, it was determined neither party had been assaulted, and the issue was ultimately over the job not getting completed on time and payment issues.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4693 – Complainant stated her landlord caused damage to her door and is blaming her for it. Parties were advised to contact the court for an eviction and parties were separated for the night.

500 BLOCK OF SPRING VALLEY ROAD – Complainant reported her son and daughter-in-law are getting a divorce and her son became upset and caused a disturbance.

12500 BLOCK OF NICHOLAS PLACE – A verbal disturbance took place over the husband’s drinking, driving and damaging the vehicle and residence. Deputy did not observe the husband driving while intoxicated. Husband voluntarily left the residence with his sister.

100 BLOCK OF GRIFFIN – A woman’s debit card was used fraudulently in California. She contacted the store where the card was used and got a refund.

U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 4219 – A vehicle was stopped for equipment violation and moving violation. The odor of marijuana from the vehicle was detected, and the driver surrendered a wax pen loaded with THC wax. The driver was arrested.
