100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2830 – Complainant reported his uncle arrived at his property and was harassing him. The uncle was issued a criminal trespass warning.

U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 2395 – Complainant reported a possible intoxicated driver. The driver was stopped and gave consent to search the vehicle which resulted in 60 grams of methamphetamine being found. The driver was arrested.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTRY LIVING DRIVE – A man returned home from being gone and realized his house had been burglarized.

600 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3555 – Complainant reported a vehicle parked by their residence. Contact was made with the owner who is incarcerated in Wise County who reported the vehicle stolen.

1400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1180 – A felony warrant was served on a wanted person. The person refused to allow his girlfriend to leave, and after his arrest, 6.2 grams of methamphetamine were located in the home with the assistance of the girlfriend.

400 BLOCK OF CEMETERY ROAD – A woman advised her boyfriend pointed a gun at her brother when he walked outside to check on her. The brother stated he felt threatened and wished to press charges.

1300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3791 – A man with a warrant for his arrest was hiding in his sister’s residence. Several attempts were made to get the man to answer. Entry was forced and the man was arrested without further incident.

100 BLOCK OF DODGE CITY TRAIL – A crash occurred within a gated community. A deputy was on standby as the parties involved were reported to be in a verbal argument.

400 BLOCK OF DECATUR STREET – A verbal disturbance took place over two dogs fighting.

U.S. 380 AT COUNTY ROAD 1110 – Complainant reported a vehicle failing to maintain a single lane and driving in the middle of the road. The vehicle was located and DPS arrested the driver.

14000 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 730 – Deputy initiated a traffic stop. After speaking to the driver and passenger, the deputy feared criminal activity was afoot. After being denied consent to search the vehicle, the deputy deployed his K9 partner for an olfactory sniff of the vehicle and obtained a positive alert. A probable cause search revealed methamphetamine and the driver was ultimately arrested.

U.S. 380 AT DENTON COUNTY LINE – A woman advised her husband was intoxicated while driving and had slammed her head into the dash board. Once the vehicle was located and a traffic stop was initiated, a subsequent investigation revealed that the complainant was the intoxicated person and the one causing the disturbance. No physical altercation took place. Parties were separated for the evening.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4394 – Complainant advised mail containing prescriptions had been stolen.

COUNTY ROAD 1326 – Someone dumped trash on the side of the road.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4679 – Complainant’s father was notified of fraudulent charges totaling $26,000. The victim’s bank has canceled his credit cards.

LOVE’S TRAVEL CENTER IN BRIDGEPORT – A vehicle was stopped for failure to signal lane change. The driver was a known methamphetamine user. After consent to search was denied, Boyd’s K9 assisted with an open air sniff of the vehicle which yielded a positive alert. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded multiple methamphetamine paraphernalia items. The driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

FARM ROAD 718 AT MORRIS DIDO NEWARK ROAD – A vehicle was stopped for an expired vehicle registration. A loaded handgun and marijuana was in plain view. The person was arrested.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3737 – Deputy responded to a 911 hang-up and determined a physical disturbance occurred. As the deputy knocked on the front door, the suspect kicked out a window and evaded on foot. The suspect was never located, but statements and evidence were gathered so the sheriff’s office could obtain a warrant.

900 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3171 – A man advised his Conex box and travel trailer were broken into and several items were taken. He advised his UTV was also vandalized.

200 BLOCK OF ALVORD STREET – Complainant advised her boyfriend punched holes in the wall during a dispute. She didn’t wish to prosecute, but she did want it documented for her landlords.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4441 – Complainant reported her sister pushed her during an argument. The complainant stated she didn’t feel pain and did not wish to prosecute. Both parties agreed to remain civil and stay separated for the day.

10000 BLOCK OF SOUTH FARM ROAD 51 – A woman stated her husband was harassing her. Text messages proved otherwise. Complainant wanted the incident documented anyway.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4845 – A man advised when he and his girlfriend arrived home, his father immediately attacked him and threw him to the ground. Upon deputy’s arrival, the father had fled the scene. It was determined the disturbance was over the complainant’s roommate living at the residence for free. The complainant sustained small injuries.

10800 BLOCK OF TEXAS 199 – A burglary call was received from the alarm company for in-store motion. Upon arrival, deputy noticed the center front door had been broken. She waited for backup from Parker County Sheriff’s Office. They cleared the store and CSI was contacted.

1200 BLOCK OF CENTRAL AVENUE – Newark Fire Department responded to the address in reference to smoke coming from a home. Nobody appeared to be home, and fire rescue forced entry and extinguished the burning material. In the course of their duties, fire rescue observed in plain view methamphetamine and other paraphernalia. Deputies arrived on the scene and conducted an interview with the resident. The resident was arrested for possession.

RHOME POLICE DEPARTMENT – Rhome police located a man walking along Texas 114. The man had been involved in a disturbance in the 200 block of Airfield. Deputy spoke with the man and his father, and the disturbance was just verbal.

1700 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 – A man reported his mother being deprived of approximately $14,700.

U.S. 81/287 AT FARM ROAD 730 – A person was stopped for speeding. Consent search revealed several containers of marijuana. Contraband was seized to be destroyed, and the person was cited for drug paraphernalia.

100 BLOCK OF VAN METER – A woman stated she was scammed out of $2,100 by what she believed to be iTunes but later realized it was not.

KUSINS LIQUOR – A man reported he located two credit card skimmers on his gas pumps.

1600 BLOCK OF SALT CREEK ROAD – A man reported being assaulted by his roommate by being slapped across the face, causing pain. The roommate was taken into custody for assault family violence.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4856 – A vehicle was stopped for a traffic offense. During the stop the driver tampered with evidence and was arrested.

8400 BLOCK OF NORTH U.S. 81/287 – A car stolen out of Wichita Falls was recovered.

FOREST SERVICE ROAD 908 – Two people were arrested on multiple charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
