100 BLOCK OF DEBORAH DRIVE – The complainant reported hearing yelling and items being thrown inside the neighboring residence. During a probable cause search of the residence, multiple narcotic pipes were located. The woman involved in the disturbance was taken into custody. The man was transported by EMS.

200 BLOCK OF RIDGE TRAIL – A woman advised her service dog was shot by her neighbor, possibly with a pellet gun.

100 BLOCK OF BUFFALO RIDGE DRIVE – The complainant stated her phone was being hacked and her identity had been stolen. The complainant stated it could have been her husband, and she appeared to be in danger. Upon further investigation by the deputy, the complainant admitted to narcotic use with several people in the residence in front of children.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3336 – A man stated his boots and spurs were stolen off his front porch. He wanted to prosecute.

800 BLOCK OF CENTRAL AVENUE – Complainant reported finding a small child near the railroad tracks. Parents were on the scene when the deputy arrived. The child was released to the parents. CPS was contacted.

1300 BLOCK OF WEST TEXAS 114 – Complainant stated an individual was taking gravel off the railroad. Upon arrival, the suspect was located. After speaking to a special investigator with Union Pacific, the suspect was issued a citation for theft and told to unload the gravel he had in the back of his truck.

100 BLOCK OF LOVE TRAIL COURT – Complainant reported someone cut the lock to the gate. Nothing was stolen.

12900 BLOCK OF KINGSGATE DRIVE – A woman advised her soon-to-be ex-husband sends her unwanted texts and calls repeatedly. She was advised to block soon-to-be ex-husband’s number.

U.S. 81/287 NORTH OF FARM ROAD 407 – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving on an improved shoulder.

HANSON PLANT CHICO – Several items were reported stolen out of a mobile storage building.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1555 – A man reported someone blew up his toilet that was outside by the road.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4441 – A wife and soon-to-be ex-husband, who still live in the same house, were arguing over trash and household items and it upset the grandkids.

1400 BLOCK OF ROGERS ROAD – An ex-wife and her friend were staying the night at the ex-husband’s house to visit her daughter. The ex-husband got drunk and began arguing with everyone. The parties were separated.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Complainant reported someone he knew threatened him during a phone conversation.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4861 – Complainant stated after her dog killed a neighbor’s chicken, the owner of the chicken came to her property and became belligerent. The complainant wanted a criminal trespass issued, and the chicken owner wanted a dog-at-large citation issued to the dog owner.

100 BLOCK OF HERITAGE PARKWAY – The homeowners allowed a person to stay with them for a few days. They got into a verbal argument and assaulted each other. The visitor was given a criminal trespass warning.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3455 – A woman advised her mailbox was damaged.

PRONTO’S ITALIAN RESTAURANT – A man said he arrived at Pronto’s to spray for bugs and observed a white pickup at the back of the building. He went inside, and the pickup left. He noticed the back door had been kicked in.

NO ADDRESS GIVEN – Complainant advised her stepson was released from jail, and she is in fear of him harming her or another family member again.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1175 – A man reported an unknown woman arrived at his trailer and appeared to be crying. She was placed into custody for public intoxication.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4877 – A woman reported she and her husband were arguing over her whereabouts the previous night.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4845 – Complainant reported a possible known person damaged the front door of his home.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1550 – A verbal disturbance took place over the complainant not wanting his stepson’s dog on the property.

BOYD DOLLAR GENERAL – A man said an unknown person entered his unlocked vehicle and removed several items.

100 BLOCK OF HIGH RIDGE COURT – A naked man high on acid was seen running around the backyard of a home. The man was Tased and arrested for resisting arrest and public intoxication.

NO ADDRESS GIVEN – Complainant stated his ex-wife came by the residence and wanted his dog.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1886 – Complainant advised she was house-sitting for a friend. The friend’s ex-girlfriend came to the residence and caused damage.

FARM ROAD 407 AT MONTANA COURT – Deputy veered off the roadway to avoid a head-on collision with a vehicle that crossed into her lane. The vehicle struck the driver’s side mirror of the deputy’s vehicle, causing minor damage. The driver was arrested by DPS for driving while intoxicated.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4899 – A man became intoxicated and caused a disturbance inside his home with family members present. No offense occurred, and the man agreed to leave for the night.

100 BLOCK OF GREENWOOD ROAD – Complainant said a man entered his home without consent the previous night.

100 BLOCK OF MOCKINGBIRD – A woman found items behind her shed that did not belong to her. The items had been there for a while.

U.S. 81/287 AT KARL KLEMENT FORD – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for possession of a controlled substance 4-400 grams, possession of marijuana 2-4 ounces and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1100 – A woman stated charges had been made on her Amazon Prime account. The complainant canceled the card and her bank is refunding the money.

CHICO DONUT STORE – A passer-by stated a couple appeared to be having an argument and wanted deputies to make scene. The deputies determined it was a verbal argument over family issues.

8300 BLOCK OF SOUTH FARM ROAD 730 – Complainant stated 90 hydrocodone were taken from her purse. She advised she did not know if they were stolen or lost.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4721 – A third party caller stated a verbal disturbance took place between the complainant’s daughter and her ex-boyfriend. The man consented to a search of his vehicle where a loaded revolver was located. The man was a convicted felon and was arrested.
