300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4721 – The suspect from yesterday’s burglary returned to the property uninvited.

1800 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 718 – A woman said her driver’s license number was used to return items at Walmart in Gonzales. She has had her identifying information stolen in the past and fears it may happen again.

2900 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 718 – Complainant said a remote scissor lift and several boxes of screws were stolen overnight. Game camera photographs were collected.

300 BLOCK OF EAST SHERMAN – A traffic stop was made on a vehicle for an obscured license plate. After performing a license and warrant check, it revealed the front seat passenger had an active warrant for her arrest out of the Wise County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation – possession of a controlled substance 4-200 grams. The passenger was arrested.

BONO’S – A woman advised she was locked inside the establishment. She was arrested for public intoxication.

U.S. 380 AT FARM ROAD 1658 – A deputy stopped to check on a truck that was parked in the bar ditch still running with all the lights on. A man was seen passed out in the front seat. He was arrested for public intoxication.

FARM ROAD 718 AT COUNTY ROAD 4668 – A traffic stop was conducted on a reckless driver. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4721 – Victim returned home to find numerous items, including firearms and jewelry, stolen.

1300 BLOCK OF HERITAGE – A stolen vehicle was recovered for Tyler Police Department.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4421 – A woman stated she had left property at a friend’s residence approximately a month ago and is now told all of her property has been removed. Complainant was advised to go to her closest law enforcement agency, give a written statement and have them fax it to the sheriff’s office.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A woman said she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend on Dec. 26 and wanted the incident documented.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3716 – A verbal argument took place between father and son. Parties were in town for a funeral of a family member. Both parties agreed to be civil for the evening.

200 BLOCK OF BRIGHTON OAKS DRIVE – Two of the complainant’s titles were taken from his home.
