U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 1596 – A deputy initiated a traffic stop that resulted in a pursuit southbound on U.S. 81/287 in Alvord. Spike strips were deployed and the suspect’s vehicle was immobilized at U.S. 81/287 and Farm Road 2264. A second motorist not involved in the pursuit also made contact with the spike strip. One tire was damaged, and the tire was replaced with their spare.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Complainant reported someone he knew had stolen his personal watch and ring. He requested the incident only be documented.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3666 – A mobile home was stolen from the property.

600 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4215 – A man stated the license plate off his cousin’s 18-wheeler was taken.

2100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4522 – A woman said her Amazon account was used by an unknown person.

CALL TO THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Complainant stated he had previously made a report, and he believes he saw his wife’s stolen laptop on Ebay for sale.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4859 – A woman advised she had been assaulted by a known person after attempting to recover property left at the residence.

100 BLOCK OF CEMETERY ROAD – A man reported his home burglarized with multiple televisions stolen.

600 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3447 – A woman advised her soon-to-be ex-husband has been harassing her and made a threat to her adult son.

1700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3591 – A disturbance took place between mother and daughter over living arrangements and money. Both parties agreed to be civil and to stay in separate parts of the residence for the evening.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4863 – A woman reported a possible known actor damaged a window to her residence.

COUNTY ROAD 2391 – A man stated an unknown person dumped trash on his property. The person responsible was located and removed the trash.

12200 BLOCK OF BIG ROCK DRIVE – A disturbance took place between husband and wife over a house key.

12200 BLOCK OF BIG ROCK DRIVE – Complainant advised her soon-to-be ex-husband was harassing her via text message.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4853 – A woman reported a man was possessed and she was there performing an exorcism on him. She decided it was necessary to call 911 after the man began to get combative. She and a female friend were deathly afraid of the man at this point and did not want him back in the house. The man was located by the officer and after speaking with him, it was determined he needed to stay away for the evening. He was transported to East Lancaster in Fort Worth.

200 BLOCK OF ALVORD STREET IN CHICO – A woman reported she was upset over her landlord entering her residence without her permission. The landlord presented a signed lease stating he can enter the residence at any time.

FINISH LINE CAFE IN PARADISE – A man reported being shot at by possibly a .22 caliber rifle as he stood by his truck in the parking lot of the cafe. He believed the shot came from a home approximately 200 yards to the east. All occupants were detained. Investigators arrived and it was discovered the sound was that of a Black Cat firecracker being set off to scare kids away from the property. There were no weapons or any ammunition located inside or outside the residence.

PRIVATE ROAD 1647 – A man stated he has a cattle farm with a trailer he is remodeling. He said after he fed his cattle, he went into the trailer and realized an unknown person had recently been in the trailer. The complainant said the heater was on, and the toilet was stopped up. Complainant said he wanted to press charges.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1593 – Complainant said a known person forged a check belonging to the complainant’s business, and the check was cashed by another known person.

100 BLOCK OF MARSHALL ROAD – A man advised someone took out a loan in his name. Complainant did not wish to prosecute but wanted it documented.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4721 – A woman said her neighbor was shooting a gun across the roadway at the livestock. No livestock were injured.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3673 – A woman said her soon-to-be ex-husband who is locked up is sending threatening letters to her. The husband is currently in Kerr County Jail and has been sending letters since October 2017.

ROBINSON PARK IN CHICO – Complainant reported someone set the park’s slide on fire.

PRIVATE ROAD 1313 – Two men were seen digging in trash on the property. The property owner arrived and requested the two men leave.

900 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3592 – A woman reported her godson is refusing to make vehicle payments toward the vehicle she gave him.

U.S. 380 EAST OF U.S. 81/287 – A traffic stop led to an arrest for possession of methamphetamine 1-4 grams.

400 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 920 – After drug paraphernalia was found on the driver’s person, the driver told the officer the vehicle contained a small amount of marijuana inside a small plastic jar. The marijuana and paraphernalia were seized and the driver released with a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

1200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2735 – A man said a bullet was shot through the wall of his home.

200 BLOCK OF NORTH DONNEL STREET – A woman said her ex-boyfriend’s father was sending her threatening messages on Facebook messenger. The woman feared for her and her son’s safety. The deputy sent a citation for assault by threat or intimidation by certified mail.

FARM ROAD 730 AT COUNTY ROAD 2360 – A deputy responding to a call about an abandoned vehicle found a man who said he ran out of gas and was drunk. The man was arrested for public intoxication.

600 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4796 – Complainant received vague threats by Facebook message more than a week ago and wanted it documented in case there is a physical assault.

500 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4906 – Landlord/tenant issues took place between two brothers. The parties were separated for the day.

900 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1655 – Complainant advised a female driver hit her mailbox. When the driver refused to provide insurance information and seemed possibly intoxicated, the property owners blocked her from leaving the driveway. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the driver who seemed to be intoxicated and observed an empty beer can in the passenger compartment behind the driver. Deputies also observed her toddler child in the vehicle. The driver was taken into custody and various prescription pills were found in her purse which she admitted to snorting, resulting in subsequent possession charges being filed on her.
