DECATUR EXXON – A man wanted on a warrant was not acting normal. He grabbed an item from the bag deputies were searching and threw it in a trash can. Deputies recovered the item, which was a blank check that didn’t belong to the man. He was arrested for tampering with evidence, fraudulent use of identifying information and warrants.

DECATUR WAL-MART – Deputies were advised a woman with a felony warrant out of Wise County was found at Wal-Mart. Deputies made contact with the woman and arrested her for her warrant.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3451 – The complainant reported an unknown male walking around a new construction site where recent thefts had occurred. The male was located nearby sitting on a private Road. The male refused to answer any questions and provided a false name when asked. He was later found to have outstanding warrants and was charged with failure to identify as a fugitive.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4436 – The husband returned home intoxicated and began to yell and instigated an argument. The parties were separated.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4859 – A complainant stated when he returned home, he noticed a Jeep parked in his driveway with a man inside. The man stated he was waiting for the complainant’s wife. The complainant told him to leave the property, and when he did, he sideswiped the complainant’s vehicle causing extensive damage.

900 BLOCK OF BEYETTE STREET – The complainant reported coming home to find unknown persons threw a rock through a residential window and stole his belongings.

ALVORD DOLLAR GENERAL – Unknown persons forced the sliding doors open and stole cigarettes from the office. CID was contacted and took over the investigation.

COUNTY ROAD 4695 – A complainant reported observing people fighting in the roadway. One female was injured. The actor was gone on arrival.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4845 – There was a verbal disturbance between an occupant of a residence and a known person who arrived at the residence and started a fight. During the investigation, narcotics were discovered in one of the bedrooms in plain view. Consent to search the property was granted. The property owner was placed into custody for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1: 4-200 grams.

400 BLOCK OF SHANKLE AVE. – A female said numerous items were stolen from her home.

800 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3661 – Three sisters got in an altercation over their deceased mother’s property.

100 BLOCK OF POINT ST. – A woman reported she wanted her son to move out of her residence. An argument ensued over him not wanting to move out. Both parties were separated for the evening.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4591 – A complainant called 911 and hung up. Upon call back, the complainant stated her husband was acting crazy. Both parties were slightly intoxicated and arguing over a vehicle door getting damaged by another vehicle. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.

WISE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A female turned herself in on an active warrant.

400 BLOCK OF SHANKLE AVE. – A woman came home to find numerous items missing from her residence. She only wanted it documented. She did not wish to prosecute.

U.S. 380 AT COUNTY ROAD 2513 – An unknown person displayed a firearm in the city of Decatur. The subjects then followed the complainant down U.S. 380 where they pointed the firearm at the complainant.

900 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3451 – A complainant stated she received an unwanted voicemail from a known person.

1400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3591 – The victim advised she was receiving calls from her ex-husband, which violates an active protective order.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4219 – Complainant stated her unlocked vehicle, with the windows rolled down and keys left inside, was taken sometime overnight.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4594 – A man said he worked on an AC unit and received a bad check as payment.

1600 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 114 – A woman was assaulted by a known person.

170 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3940 – There was a verbal disturbance between a husband and wife.

500 BLOCK OF POST OAK – Unknown person(s) entered the complainant’s unlocked vehicle and removed items. The complainant only wanted it documented.
