100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4866 – An advertisement sign for the complainant’s new business was stolen.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3873 – Complainant reported being swindled out of $30,000 for a construction job by a con artist.

TIM’S AUTO – Complainant reported a dispute over city code enforcement issues turned into a verbal disturbance.

300 BLOCK OF BROCK LANE – A woman stated a possible known person took a gun out of her home. She believes it occurred a couple of months ago when she was on a trip.

200 BLOCK OF PRIVATE LANE – A man stated his church, Rhome Police Department and several other places have received disparaging letters and emails from his neighbor about him in an attempt to humiliate, discredit and harass him.

300 BLOCK OF PRIVATE LANE – A man stated his neighbor used a tractor and tilled up and destroyed his gravel driveway.

U.S. 81/287 – A driver refused consent to search. A K-9 alerted to the vehicle, and the driver was arrested for possession of controlled substance in penalty group 2 4-400 grams.

1100 BLOCK OF HATCHER – A driver was found passed out in the driver’s seat. The driver was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A man reported he was being threatened by an unknown person in reference to an illicit video posted on the internet unless he sent money to Africa.

300 BLOCK OF EAST SHERMAN – A woman stated she received a message stating that a person was going to get her. The complainant did not know who it was.

BONO’S – A man became upset and punched out a glass window. He was transported to Denton Regional with deep lacerations to his arm. The establishment wished to file charges on the man for criminal mischief.

1400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3791 – Complainant stated her mother took a bag out of her vehicle and attempted to keep her from leaving the home. The complainant stated she was assaulted but did not wish to press charges. The parties were separated for the night.

4900 BLOCK OF NORTH FARM ROAD 51 – A woman said someone drove through her fence during the overnight hours.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1557 – A man reported his vehicle was stolen during the overnight hours. It was later discovered the complainant’s nephew took the vehicle and then evaded Decatur Police officers. The complainant declined to press charges against his nephew.

400 BLOCK OF MESA RIDGE – A complainant reported being assaulted by a known actor during a party over the weekend.

7500 BLOCK OF BRIAR ROAD – A man reported someone he knew damaged his vehicle while he was incarcerated.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1510 – The victim dropped his kids off at his ex-wife’s house. Her husband started a verbal argument with the victim because he was late with the kids. The suspect grabbed the victim’s car window and broke it. He threw the broken window on the victim, causing injury. He then resisted arrest. He was taken to jail.

1600 BLOCK OF ROGERS ROAD – A man stated he purchased the land next to his home (a boat ramp), placed a “No Trespassing” sign and someone stole the sign. This has been an ongoing issue between the complainant and the county. The complainant was referred back to the commissioner and the courts regarding the property.

900 BLOCK OF CUBA ROAD – A complainant reported a female at the home was in violation of a protective order. The female was located hiding under a bed in the home and arrested.

TEXAS 114 WEST OF LOVE’S – A traffic stop resulted in a warrant arrest and a marijuana charge.

400 BLOCK OF MESA RIDGE – A physical disturbance took place between two men. All parties were extremely intoxicated. Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants.

12700 BLOCK OF NORTH COUNTY LINE ROAD – A complainant reported a former contractor would not return an expensive roof fixture for the complainant’s barn.

WISE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – An inmate assaulted a jailer.

4100 BLOCK OF SOUTH FARM ROAD 51 – A man stated he and his father got in an argument over his property being taken from the home when his father was not there. No assault took place, and parties agreed to stay separated for the night.

100 BLOCK OF COWAN CROSSING – A man said his ex-girlfriend had taken his vehicle and has not returned it in several days.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3573 – Complainant observed children standing at the corner of FM 2123 and CR 3571 with no adult supervision and wished to report it.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4853 – A complainant reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle was located, and the driver denied consent to search the vehicle. A K-9 arrived and made a positive alert on the vehicle. An occupant of the vehicle was placed into custody for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

TIM’S AUTO – Numerous cars were vandalized while parked on the property.

1800 BLOCK OF SADDLE RIDGE – A woman reported someone opened a Direct TV account in her name, and she is now receiving bills from the company in the mail.

U.S. 81/287 AT NRS – An officer stopped to check welfare on a vehicle with its hazard lights on. The driver was believed to be intoxicated, and DPS arrived to take the person into custody.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4680 – A realtor reported the carpet was stolen from a home she is contracted to sell.

600 BLOCK OF VIKING COURT – The complainant reported his vehicle stolen. It was found the son had taken it without notifying the father.

FARM ROAD 920 AT CATES – A traffic stop resulted in the recovery of 15 grams of methamphetamine in various locations in the car. No one in the vehicle claimed the meth. All occupants came to jail.

EAGLE MART – Complainant stated his ex-girlfriend ordered a new debit card in his name without permission and stole $400 from his account.
