200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2723 – Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at a home near Slidell. A husband staggered in the front door intoxicated, yelled at his wife and stumbled off to bed.

STATE HIGHWAY 114 – A man was found passed-out drunk in a vehicle on the side of the highway just west of Paradise. He was arrested for public intoxication.

2500 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1204 – Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call early in the morning at a home near Greenwood. A young woman got upset after her mom woke her up at 2:30 a.m. The mom thought it was 5:30 a.m.

12600 BLOCK OF FORREST LAWN – A father was tired of his son disrespecting him so he challenged him to a boxing match. The pair donned boxing gloves and duked it out in the backyard. The fight was over, and the son was gone by the time deputies arrived.

200 BLOCK OF BRIGHTON OAKS – Two kids from the neighborhood got into a fight. Instead of trying to break it up, one of the parents kept egging them on.

400 BLOCK OF SANDY BASS LANE – A woman in Newark was arrested after she pointed a pistol at a man’s head and told him she was going to “blow his head off.” She told deputies she did it because she was “tired of his mouth.”

2100 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 1810 – A woman called the sheriff’s office after her husband broke a chair on the back porch.

500 BLOCK OF CEMETERY ROAD – A woman and her husband got into a physical disturbance with their adult son at a residence near Boyd. The mom scratched the son’s face and was arrested for family violence. The husband was gone by the time deputies arrived.

200 BLOCK OF WICKHAM STREET – A woman walking down the railroad tracks in Alvord reported that a man in a pickup was following her across town.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4896 – Unknown suspects attempted to steal a truck in Newark by punching out the steering column.
