1100 block of N. Trinity St. – A riding lawnmower was stolen from a carport.

800 block of N. Business 81/287 – A radio was reported stolen from a vehicle at Cowgirl Auto Sales.

600 block of Medical Center Drive - A tool box was stolen from the bed of a pickup truck.

200 block of E. Thompson St. - Police received a call that Randy Glover, 52, of Mineral Wells was on his way to Sunny Hills Nursing and Rehab to kill his mother. Officers responded and found Glover leaving his mother’s room. He had hidden a firearm inside the room. Officers also found a note indicating his intent to commit a crime. He was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon and public intoxication. As of Friday, he was being in held in Wise County Jail on a $20,500 bond.
