U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 4421 – A deputy stopped a vehicle due to it being shown to be stolen. The driver was arrested for driving while license invalid with previous convictions. It was determined the vehicle did not have a VIN plate.

COUNTY ROAD 2391 – A man said his stepdaughter called stating items had been taken from a storage container on his property. The complainant was out of town and has the only key to the container. He will have the deputy on scene when he opens the container to see if items have been taken.

2500 BLOCK OF EAST TEXAS 114 – A man advised he was accused of taking photographs of the neighbor’s wife. During the investigation it was determined it was a misunderstanding between neighbors. Parties were separated for the evening.

800 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1326 – Complainant called about a suspicious vehicle parked at Pleasant View Baptist Church. Upon arrival, the deputy could smell burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The deputy conducted a consent search and was unable to locate any contraband. The vehicle was impounded due to the restrictions on his driver’s license. The juvenile was taken home by the deputy.

1800 BLOCK OF TEXAS 114 – A man reported three of his chainsaws were stolen from his vehicle sometime during the overnight hours.

1800 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2048 – The complainant reported arguing with a woman over a truck. The woman left in the truck they were arguing about prior to the deputy’s arrival.

400 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2048 – A stripped down vehicle was located on the property and impounded due to it possibly being stolen.

1600 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2224 – Complainant advised someone he knew moved survey markers at his property to a false property line. Complainant advised it would cost approximately $900 to complete a new survey on the correct property line.

3400 BLOCK OF OLD DECATUR ROAD – A man reported someone broke into his home and stole approximately $7,000 worth of jewelry.

2100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4127 – Complainant said he arrived at this home on Nov. 30 and discovered his shotgun missing from his tractor.

300 BLOCK OF TRAVIS ROAD – A man assaulted his girlfriend and caused her bodily injury. He was arrested for family violence.

100 BLOCK OF MOCKINGBIRD – Complainant reported finding their dog deceased from a gunshot wound in the backyard.

1900 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4522 – A road rage incident between two drivers resulted in a handgun being brandished for fear of assault. Both parties declined charges and went their separate ways.

100 BLOCK OF MARSHALL – A woman was assaulted by a known person over possible cheating.

500 BLOCK OF ROGERS – Complainant stated a known person shot a gun at him.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3432 – Complainant stated she arrived home after work and discovered her vehicle was missing. While completing a theft report, several items were noticed missing from a building on the property.

R&R DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD 3576 – A Devon employee called and said while trying to complete work on someone else’s property, the property owner fired a “warning” shot and held them at gun point until they identified themselves. After further investigation, it was determined the property owner thought the unknown people were trespassing onto his property, and he was only trying to defend his property.

12100 BLOCK OF SHINE AVENUE – A man reported the tailgate of his pickup was stolen sometime overnight by unknown people.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4387 – A woman reported the storage unit she was renting was burglarized. Several items were taken.

1600 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2127 – Several items were reported stolen.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1100 – Complainant stated his stolen vehicle and trailer from the day before were returned.

600 BLOCK OF GREENWOOD ROAD – A woman stated her soon-to-be ex-husband came to their home while she was at work.

2000 BLOCK OF ILLINOIS – Complainant reported she found a credit card skimmer on one of the fuel pumps.

500 BLOCK OF TEXAS 101 – A GPS system was reported stolen from a vehicle.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4860 – A woman reported people were on her neighbor’s property trying to steal an AC unit. The property owner was contacted and only wished criminal trespass warnings issued to the people. One of the three people was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1100 – A woman advised her boyfriend threatened her with a knife. While running through the backyard, she stepped on a rake, causing several puncture wounds to the bottom of her foot. She was transported to the hospital by medics. The boyfriend said she was the one threatening him with the knife. Neither party wished to file charges.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1100 – A man stated that after deputies left the scene from the previous disturbance, the man took the complainant’s pickup and attached a homemade trailer without permission. In the process of taking the truck and trailer, the man ran over a water well located on the property. The truck and trailer were entered as stolen into TCIC/NCIC.

300 BLOCK OF COYOTE TRAIL – A secured residence was reported burglarized.

COUNTY ROAD 4756 AT FARM ROAD 730 – While on patrol, a deputy observed two men arguing on the side of the road. The deputy was given consent to search the vehicle. A syringe containing what appeared to be methamphetamine was located in one of the vehicles. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3507 – A woman said an unknown person called her stating he needed all her banking information to refund her money. She gave the information to the person, then froze all her accounts. She stated no money had been taken out of her accounts at the time of the report.

2100 BLOCK OF CUBA ROAD – Several items were reported stolen from the property.

300 BLOCK OF COYOTE TRAIL – Complainant returned home and found her home had been burglarized.

JIM NED ROAD – Several fence panels were reported missing from an oil lease site.

400 BLOCK OF BIG SALTY – The complainant reported someone removed copper wire from his property.

500 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 1494 – A woman called 911 stating multiple men were in her house, and she was going to stab them. After deputies arrived, they found she had made a false statement to a peace officer.

100 BLOCK OF HAWKRIDGE – A man said he returned home from a friend’s house and discovered his wife destroyed his belongings and took his guns from the home.

300 BLOCK OF DILLAVOU LANE – A woman reported her husband threw away her sentimental items about seven years ago and was afraid he was going to throw away some more of her items in the near future.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4909 – A complainant reported arriving home after a week and discovered unknown people unlawfully entered her home and stole two television sets.

100 BLOCK OF CATTLEMAN’S CREEK – A person reported her neighbors were physically fighting. Upon arrival, the deputy discovered the disturbance was only verbal.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3406 – A woman said she was in an argument with her husband about him being gone and not letting her know where he was.
