SHERIFF’S OFFICE LOBBY – Complainant reported a possible telephone scam, with the caller making himself out to be a representative for Microsoft.

1000 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2123 – A man reported someone stole the wheels off of his vehicle within the past three weeks.

KUSINS LIQUOR – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver for possession of a controlled substance 4 to 200 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

100 BLOCK OF STADIUM DRIVE – Complainant reported his vehicle stolen. The deputy located the vehicle on U.S. 81/287 and discovered the vehicle had been re-possessed.

100 BLOCK OF STADIUM DRIVE – Complainant witnessed someone breaking and entering into the complainant’s vehicle. The person fled when confronted by the complainant. Nothing was stolen or damaged.

4400 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 – The property owner saw a man inside his closed arena. The man was located still on the property and arrested for criminal trespass and public intoxication.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4599 – A man assaulted his girlfriend with his fist, would not allow his girlfriend or another female to leave the house and then attempted to evade arrest. He was arrested for assault causes bodily injury to a family member enhanced, unlawful restraint and evading arrest.

LAKE ROAD RV PARK – Complainant reported his son was using his truck longer than he wanted him to.

300 BLOCK OF OATS CREEK – The victim reported she was assaulted by her daughter. The daughter came to jail for assault by contact-family member.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4930 – A person was making obscene gestures toward people in the neighborhood.

100 BLOCK OF GRIFFIN – A noise disturbance call resulted in a person being arrested for a felony warrant.

100 BLOCK OF ILLINOIS – A physical disturbance took place in the parking lot, and both people were arrested for public intoxication and assault by contact.

900 CEMETERY – A person was intoxicated and making repeated harassing and obnoxious phone calls to the sheriff’s office. The person was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

300 BLOCK OF CEDAR DRIVE – A man reported an unfamiliar charge to his checking account.

500 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4856 – A trailer was stolen from the property.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4794 – A woman said two subjects were living in her residence without permission.

3000 BLOCK OF FARM ROAD 2048 – A woman reported her neighbor put trash on her property.

1000 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2610 – Complainant reported receiving harassing text messages from a known actor.

COUNTY ROAD 4864 AND COUNTY ROAD 4863 – A traffic stop resulted in recovering a stolen vehicle. The driver came to jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and the passenger came to jail for outstanding warrants.

DOLLAR GENERAL, NEW FAIRVIEW – Unknown suspects forced entry into the store and stole numerous packs of cigarettes.

OLIVER CREEK STORE – Unknown actors forced entry into the store and stole numerous packs of cigarettes.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4791 – A woman reported a loan was acquired in her name without her consent.

800 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1860 – A man reported a Craigslist ad was placed using his phone number.

500 BLOCK OF PETTIT – Verbal disturbance over property being removed from a residence.

200 ROOK RAMSEY – Complainant wanted information on getting a restraining order against his soon-to-be ex-wife.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3573 – A complainant reported a subject purchased her vehicle and drove to Mexico where it was later stolen. The complainant was concerned due to the subject still making payments on the vehicle, and the vehicle was still registered in the complainant’s name.

300 BLOCK OF WILD HILL OAK DRIVE – A man reported his ex-girlfriend was assaulted by her mother.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4846 – A complainant reported his son-in-law pawned the complainant’s .22 caliber pistol without his permission.

7000 BLOCK OF E. TEXAS 114 – Complainant has been getting harassed by ex-coworker.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – The missing person from the day before was located in Rockport.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2175 – A set of power tools were stolen.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – Complainant reported while moving, he either misplaced his Remington 700 rifle or it was stolen. The rifle was not entered into TCIC/NCIC due to the complainant not having any identifying numbers for the rifle.
