200 BLOCK OF TRAPPIER – Complainant advised a civil dispute was taking place over temporarily placing property on a vacant lot next to the house he is moving into. Complainant has permission but is being harassed by other third party family members.

200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4698 – After a road rage incident, one of the parties located the wallet of another person who was involved in the incident. The deputy was unsuccessful in locating the owner of the wallet.

5000 BLOCK OF U.S. 380 – During a traffic stop, deputy located a clear crystalline substance in the back seat area. After both occupants denied ownership, both were placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance.

900 BLOCK OF CUBA ROAD – A man said his wife bit his fingers in an attempt to get money from him.

U.S. 81/287 AT FARM ROAD 407 – Driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4593 – A trailer was stolen.

HUBBARD AND U.S. 81/287 – Deputy assisted DPS with a traffic stop on two known people he found hiding narcotics in the tree line.

WISE LITE ARMS – Complainant stated they needed to report an AR-15 Lower missing. Complainant did not wish to press charges as he believed it was misplaced.

100 BLOCK OF BLUEBIRD LANE – Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle was occupied by two juveniles where one was found to be in possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Parents were contacted to take possession of the juveniles.

200 BLOCK OF STRAWBERRY LANE – Two men were fighting in the complainant’s front yard. One of the men was found to have an active warrant out of Wise County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The other was placed into custody for driving while intoxicated.

3400 BLOCK OF U.S. 81/287 – A stolen tractor was recovered.

SOUTHERN TIRE MART – Several tires were stolen.

MCMASTER STORAGE – Five RVs, trailers and vehicles were burglarized.

1200 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 1270 – A woman reported a known person came outside her home with a firearm, as the complainant attempted to collect money that was borrowed by the property owner’s son. The complainant denied charges and was eventually issued a criminal trespass warning for the property.

300 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 2830 – Complainant reported 3,000 feet of copper was taken.

500 BLOCK OF NORTH PROCTOR – A woman said her ex came to the residence threatening to burn her belongings.

200 BLOCK OF PAM DRIVE – A man stated he arrived home from vacation and noticed two swinging chairs missing.

400 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3386 – Complainant stated his wife’s family would not stay off the property.

FARM ROAD 51 AT TEXAS 114 – A vehicle accident resulted in the driver being arrested for driving while intoxicated.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 4571 – A man reported being assaulted and threatened by his wife. The wife was located and placed into custody for aggravated assault of a family member.

FARM ROAD 3433 AT FARM ROAD 718 – A traffic stop resulted in the driver being placed into custody for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and driving while license invalid.

100 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 4857 – Complainant reported her husband threatened her after she threw a phone at him. Both parties were separated for the evening.

DOLLAR GENERAL IN CHICO – A reckless driver call resulted in a woman being arrested for possession of dangerous drugs.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE – A woman said she received a text from an unknown person, but she believes it’s her husband’s ex-girlfriend.

700 BLOCK OF COUNTY ROAD 3519 – A boyfriend and girlfriend had an argument over him putting her belongings out on the road.

1600 BLOCK OF WEST TEXAS 114 – A man said personal documents were taken from his storage building.

100 BLOCK OF HUDSON – A man stated his neighbors were arguing. Further investigation revealed it was a civil issue between neighbors.

100 BLOCK OF PRIVATE ROAD 3230 – A woman reported a couple she tried to help were refusing to vacate her residence. The couple was transported to a motel in Bridgeport.

U.S. 81/287 AT COUNTY ROAD 4838 – A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of an occupant for possession of a controlled substance, dangerous drugs, marijuana and unlawful carry of a weapon.
