Being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated August 8, 2007, recorded in Vol. 1845, p. 109 of the Official Public Records of Wise County, Texas, from Carlton D. Pittard and wife, Landis L. Pittard, as Grantors to Big Creek Properties, ltd, as Grantee, as is more fully shown by the Petition on file in this suit.
