The District shall receive, publicly open, and read the names of the proposers in a Conference Room at the Northwest ISD Education Center, 2001 Texan Drive, Justin, TX 76247, at the specified time and date listed above. Proposals received by delivery or mail after 2:00 P.M., June 11, 2013, will be returned unopened.
Proposal packets will be released on Monday, May 13, 2013, by contacting Joyce Polson/Director of Purchasing via e-mail jpolson@nisdtx.org or the packet can be downloaded from the NISD Purchasing web page at www.nisdtx.org .
Northwest ISD reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Northwest Independent School District and to waive any informalities in bidding.
