A public hearing will be held at the meeting of the Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chamber located at 201 E. Walnut for the consideration and recommendation of involuntary annexation of approximately 50 acres of land and a portion of Bennett Road and Trinity Street into the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, Texas. The property to be annexed is generally located north of Bennett Road, west of US Hwy 81/287 and Trinity Street and east of the City of Decatur Wastewater Treatment Plant in Decatur's southern extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
A public hearing will also be at the meeting of the Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chamber located at 201 E. Walnut for the consideration and recommendation of the City of Decatur's request to zone approximately 50 acres of land and a portion of Bennett Road and Trinity Street to a Thoroughfare Business (C-2) zoning designation. The property to be zoned is generally located north of Bennett Road, west of US Hwy 81/287 and Trinity Street and east of the City of Decatur Wastewater Treatment Plant in Decatur's southern extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).

A public hearing will be held at a meeting of the City of Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chamber located at 201 E. Walnut for the consideration and recommendation of Ernie Roberts' request to replat Lots 1-4, Block 1, Roberts Addition, being a replat of approximately 1.818 acres of land legally described as all of Blocks 37 and 38, a portion of Block 30; a portion of Cottonwood Street and a portion of Elm Street in the Original Town of Decatur, Wise County and generally located south of Mulberry Street and west of N. State Street, Decatur, Texas.
A public hearing will be held at a meeting of the Decatur City Council on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chamber located at 201 E. Walnut for the purpose of further consideration and possible action on the above stated item.
