FOR PROPOSAL
The City of Decatur, Texas will accept at the City Hall Office, 201 E. Walnut St., Decatur, Texas 76234, sealed proposals for Employee Group Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Coverage, until 1:00 P.M., August 12, 2010. Late proposals will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened.
Two (2) copies of the sealed proposals will be accepted until the date and local time listed. Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope and labeled with “Employee Group Health, Dental and Vision Insurance” on the outside of the envelope.
One (1) copy of Specifications and any other Request for Proposal documents may be obtained on or after Friday, July 23, 2010 from the City Hall Office, 201 E. Walnut St., Decatur, Texas 76234.
Until final award by the City Council, the City of Decatur reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor technicalities or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the Wise County Asset Control Office at 400 W Walnut, or P.O. Box 952 Decatur, TX 76234 by Diana Alexander, Asset Control Specialist, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 12, 2010. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained by contacting the Wise County Asset Control Office at 940-627-3312. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 12, 2010 in the Wise County Asset Control Office at 400 W Walnut, Decatur, TX. The Commissioners' Court of Wise County will consider bids for award at the next regularly scheduled Commissioners' Court at the location posted on the agenda. Wise County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids for any reason whatsoever.
NOTICE
A request for qualifications for engineering services for roofing and related services, addressed to Gary Micinski, Deputy Superintendent, Decatur ISD, 501 East Collins, Decatur, Texas 76234 will be received at the above address until 11:00 a.m., August 3, 2010, at which time they will be publicly opened. Interested engineers or firms with experience in Dura-last roofing systems and school district buildings will receive the highest priorities for qualifications.
