FOR BIDS
Bids will be accepted at 2:00 PM on December 9, 2009, for the Technology Package on the New High School for Boyd ISD.
Bids will be received by hand delivery at the offices of the Construction Manager (Pogue Construction - phone 972-529-9401), by mail to 1512 Bray Central, Suite 300, McKinney, Texas 75069, by email to alysia@pogueconstruction.com or by fax at (972) 529-9832 until the above date and time. No bids will be accepted after 2:00 PM. In accordance with Texas Code all bids will be opened privately with CM, Architect, & Owner present. Bid documents are available from the Construction Manager.
INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, Texas (hereinafter called the "Local Housing Authority") will receive sealed bids for a single construction contract for the modernization of existing dwelling units with work consisting of new kitchen cabinets. Bids are to include demolition, alterations, and all work specified and/or shown on the drawings until:

Immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposed forms of contract documents; including plans and specifications are on file and available for inspection at the office of the Housing Authority of the City of Decatur and at the office of Cameron Alread, Architect Inc., 209 W. 8th St., Fort Worth, Texas 76102, (817) 332-6231 and at plan rooms in various cities of the state. Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $100.00 with the Architect for one set of documents per General Contractor. Such deposits will be refunded on return of the plans, specifications and other documents in good condition within 15 days after bid opening. Plans and specifications that have been taken apart are not considered in good condition.
PRE BID CONFERENCE will be held Monday, December 7, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Decatur Housing Authority
