1 lb. ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced green chiles
2 cans pinto beans
Brown meat and add onion, tomatoes and green chiles. Cook 30 minutes. Add beans and heat. Serve warm with cornbread or tortillas.
**This one is pretty easy, and pretty yummy too. I’ve added corn, green beans, any vegetable really, and just played with it. I’m confident it can’t be messed up, which is always a bonus in my book.**
