		<description><![CDATA[It looks very like my stew!  I have a secret ingredient as well--sort of like yours.  Instead of beans (or in addition to) I add a can of refried beans; and instead of tomatoes, I use Rotel; and I use a can of beef broth for part of the liquid.  I have to cite Weight Watchers 1 point soup as my source:  1 can each of frijoles, Rotel, and broth for a great soup; non dieters love it too--at least your dad does.  :-)]]></description>
