		<description><![CDATA[This is so simple it is crazy - but I have made it several ties for pot lucks and funerals and people really like it.  

Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans

1 ring of sausage - Eckridge etc. 
2 cans of green beans with juice
2-3 potatoes - chunked or thickly sliced.

Put everything in a crock pot or skillet and heat until the potatoes are cooked.  

I have done it both in the crock pot or the skillet - the only difference is the texture of the sausage.   The sausage flavors the beans and potatoes and it is simply good!]]></description>
