Well folks, the Wise County Youth Fair is halfway finished today. Have you been out to visit the animals and exhibitors? Youth from all over the county spend many months preparing for the annual event held the last week in March.
This afternoon, you can catch the judging of poultry at 2 and market swine at 4. Bright and early tomorrow, there’s the mack-daddies prospect steer show followed by the market steer show. Ag mechanics are judged at noon and the breeding beef heifer show is at 2 p.m.
Don’t forget about Saturday. The pet show is at 10 a.m. followed by a barbecue lunch, awards and the auction at 1 p.m.
