ESD NO. 2 BOARD APPOINTED – County commissioners yesterday appointed a board to oversee Emergency Services District No. 2 in the Boonsville area. This will stagger the terms for the future. The board will set a tax rate, no more than 10 cents per $100 property valuation, on everyone who owns property within the district.
