Anca Pelton and Casey McKelvain announce the birth of a son, Bennett McKelvain, Jan. 17, 2019, at Wise Health System in Decatur.

He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Lee Ann and Juan Cervantes and Debra and Randy McKelvain.

Great-grandparents are Charlie “Shorty” McKelvain and Bob Bouchillon.
