Softball: Lady Eagles stay perfect in 9-4A

Reagan Chism threw a no-hitter as Decatur dominated Bridgeport 12-0.

Chism struck out nine and walked two in five innings. The Lady Eagles racked up 13 hits in the win.

Decatur improved to 7-0 in District 9-4A. Bridgeport fell to 1-6 in league play.

The Lady Eagles hosted Gainesville Friday. The Sissies traveled to Krum.

PARADISE 15, NOCONA 0

Paradise rocked Nocona 15-0 in three innings to get back on track in District 8-3A.

The Lady Panthers only tallied five hits in the game but capitalized on six Nocona errors.

Christina Tipton and Makenna Hudson led Paradise at the dish. Tipton and Hudson went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and a walk.

The Lady Panthers moved to 15-6 overall and 8-3 in league play. Paradise hosted Boyd Friday.

BOYD 9, HOLLIDAY 4

Boyd extended its winning streak to three games with a 9-4 victory over Holliday.

Hannah Radke went 2-for-5 and drove in three for the Lady Jackets.

Kristin Rasbury went the distance in the circle, scattering four runs on eight hits. She struck out eight.

Boyd improved to 8-16 overall and 6-5 in District 8-3A. The Lady Jackets traveled to Paradise Friday.

ALVORD 15, TIOGA 0

Alvord throttled Tioga 15-0 and improved to 6-5 in District 11-2A.

LINDSAY 13, CHICO 12

Lindsay topped Chico 13-12 on Tuesday. The Lady Dragons dropped to 4-6 in District 11-2A.
