SLIDELL 69, PRAIRIE VALLEY 57
Slayton Pruett scored a game-high 22 points as the Slidell Greyhounds beat Prairie Valley 69-57 to extend their winning streak to five games.
Slidell took a 32-23 lead into halftime and fended off a second half rally from the Bulldogs, rebounding well and scoring points in transition to get the win.
“This was a hard-fought game on the road,” said Slidell coach Casey Pierce. “Prairie Valley shot the ball well despite what I thought was good defense by our guys.”

Slidell moved to 17-5 on the season.
