“Marcus is genuinely a very nice, kind, and helpful person. He is a program assistant in our Life Skills classroom and is always compassionate and encouraging to the students. Marcus has a true servant’s heart, and he is always willing to do whatever is asked of him, whether it is making blankets for the elderly in nursing homes or planning the annual NHS Easter egg hunt. Other info: He is a proud DHS graduate, has two children and a daughter-in- law who are DHS graduates, and a son who is a current DHS senior. Kevin is an attorney and partner at Miller & Haney, LLP.

He has served as board president and been an education advocate to support the students and teachers in DISD. We are very grateful for his service and wish him all the best as he announced earlier this year he did not intend to seek re-election.
