Position: Ag science teacher

Family: Three older sisters, one nephew and one niece

Experience: First year teaching, two years building barns and two years in gas field.

Hobbies: metal fabrication, hunting, fishing, stock shows and family cattle operation.

Why did you choose education as a profession: “I like to teach employable skills to kids so they can enter the workforce with a leg up on their peers. Watching them click whenever they finally understand a tough topic is pure joy to me. I also love being an advisor in the FFA to help students establish and strengthen leadership and speaking skills.”
