TWO IN A ROW – Wise County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. J.T. Manoushagian and his K-9 partner, Rayco, placed second in narcotics detection and second place in patrol (bite work) at last week’s United States Police Canine Association 2017 Regional Trials and Certification, hosted by the WCSO.
