Better traffic control needed

Just wondering who is responsible for the maintenance of the “stop signs” in the parking lot, where Lowe’s Market, Wendy’s, etc. are located? The signs are so faded and some aren’t even up. I have noticed several near misses are far as fender benders. Also, the area coming out of the gas station (southeast corner of lot) headed north into the lot has no stop signs. It’s very dangerous. You would think a busy area like that would at least have better maintenance.

Those signs are on private property, and therefore belong to the property owners. If you have a wreck there, the police will make a report, but it’s still on private property so they won’t really do much else help you.

Here’s the cool part though… the city passed an ordinance so they can ticket you for disobeying those signs… see how that works?
