Greenwood celebrates its 20th annual Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 14.

The festival kicks off with tractor rides from Sycamore Baptist Church starting at 8:30 a.m. The tractors will take attendees to downtown Greenwood, where the festival runs 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The parade starts at 10 a.m., and before and after, visitors can browse the craft, food and game booths, sign up for door prizes, buy tickets for the quilt raffle, bid on the silent auction and tour the museum. Proceeds from festival events benefit county charities.

There will also be train rides for children.

Beans and cornbread are complimentary, and the Greenwood Masonic Lodge will sell barbecue sandwiches. The Country Store will sell cakes, pies, cookies and canned goods.

The Greenwood-Slidell Fire Department Fish Fry is at 4 p.m. and includes a live auction, raffle and music by American Aquarium. T-shirts will be available for purchase for $20. Proceeds benefit the fire department.
