LOVE AND MARRIAGE

FRIDAY, JAN. 20 – A man reported his neighbors were yelling and chasing each other around their property. It was determined the male neighbor became stuck under the hood of his vehicle and was yelling for his wife to help him out. The wife then threatened to throw away the husband’s beer, and they began to chase each other.

SUNDAY, MARCH 5 – An altercation took place between husband and wife over the wife disrespecting his ex-wife. The new wife assaulted the husband and came to jail.

TUESDAY, MARCH 21 – A man came to the jail lobby for visitation with his wife. He was taken to jail when it was discovered he had a felony warrant.

TUESDAY, MAY 30 – A husband and wife got into an argument over the husband not wanting a new hearing aid. Despite both parties claiming they pushed each other, no physical evidence of an assault existed. Both parties separated for the evening.

THURSDAY, JUNE 1 – The complainant advised her spouse took the key to the vehicle and left her in Paradise. She also advised the two had physically assaulted each other, and she hit him with a brush.

MONDAY, JUNE 5 – The complainant stated their spouse paid for their funeral expenses with a credit card. They are going through a divorce.

SUNDAY, JUNE 25 – A man reported his wife punched him in the chest after he threw water on her. He declined to press charges. Both parties separated for the evening.

TUESDAY, JUNE 27 – A woman advised she was involved in a verbal argument with her husband over playing Candy Crush on her phone. They were separated for the night.

MONDAY, JULY 3 – A verbal disturbance took place between spouses over a cell phone.

SATURDAY, JULY 8 – A husband and wife got into an altercation over chores, and the wife assaulted her husband. She came to jail.

SATURDAY, JULY 15 – A man said his wife was tearing up the house after learning they had bed bugs. Parties went to separate areas of the home for the rest of the night.

SUNDAY, JULY 23 – Spouses got into a verbal argument over the husband not cleaning properly.

TUESDAY, AUG. 1 – A complainant called 911 and hung up. Upon call back, the complainant stated her husband was acting crazy. Both parties were slightly intoxicated and arguing over a vehicle door getting damaged by another vehicle. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 2 – A boyfriend and girlfriend had an argument over him putting her belongings out on the road.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 3 – Complainant reported her husband threatened her after she threw a phone at him. Both parties were separated for the evening.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 10 – A man said his wife bit his fingers in an attempt to get money from him.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 23 – A boyfriend was verbally abusive to his girlfriend and threatened to tear up the house. He packed his property and left. He was located a block away in his truck. He was intoxicated and thought he was at a frac job waiting for his crew. He was arrested for public intoxication.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 27 – A man advised his girlfriend hit him in the face and gave him a bloody nose. Later, it was determined to be a verbal altercation between the complainant and his girlfriend, and his girlfriend hit him in the face with a pillow causing a bloody nose. Neither party wished to press charges and were separated for the evening.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 28 – A woman advised she caught her husband with another woman at Westside Cemetery. When she confronted him, a verbal altercation ensued. Parties were separated for the evening.

MONDAY, OCT. 9 – A husband and wife were arguing over a cell phone.

SUNDAY, OCT. 29 – A woman reported her husband assaulted her and her new boyfriend after finding them together inside the home.

SUNDAY, NOV. 26 – A woman reported her husband threw away her sentimental items about seven years ago and was afraid he was going to throw away some more of her items in the near future.

SUNDAY, NOV. 26 – A woman said she was in an argument with her husband about him being gone and not letting her know where he was.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 29 – A woman advised her boyfriend threatened her with a knife. While running through the backyard, she stepped on a rake, causing several puncture wounds to the bottom of her foot. She was transported to the hospital by medics. The boyfriend said she was the one threatening him with the knife. Neither party wished to file charges.

BATTLE OF THE EXES

TUESDAY, JAN. 17 – A man reported his ex-wife forged his name on a boat title and sold his boat. It was later determined the ex-wife did not forge the complainant’s name on the title nor sell the boat. The ex-wife is keeping the boat until the complainant allows her to retrieve her belongings. The complainant said he will not allow her to retrieve her belongings. They were both referred to their respective attorneys.

SUNDAY, FEB. 19 – A woman reported being harassed by her ex-husband, who stares at her from his house.

MONDAY, JULY 3 – A woman’s ex-boyfriend threw vegetables into her yard.

SATURDAY, AUG. 19 – Two men argued about pursuing a woman that had once been in a relationship with both of them on separate occasions.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 16 – A complainant’s ex-wife attempted to remove an air conditioning unit from his home. The complainant was also bit by a neighbor’s dog. The animal control officer was notified.

SATURDAY, OCT. 28 – A woman reported living on the same property as her ex-husband but in different residences. The ex-husband disconnected the electricity to the woman’s residence.

SATURDAY, NOV. 18 – A woman said the ex-girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend (the two have been separated for more than two years) continues to harass her, though she has told her to stop several times.

SUNDAY, NOV. 19 – A woman stated her ex entered the house, ate food, took a shower and slept while she was away. She had a protective order, but it has since expired and he is still on the lease.

THURSDAY, JAN. 5 – The complainant reported her sister is putting a hit out on her.

MONDAY, FEB. 27 – Two brothers got into a verbal disturbance over parenting issues.

FRIDAY, MARCH 31 – An altercation took place between brothers. Neither party would cooperate.

TUESDAY, MAY 9 – A verbal disturbance took place between two teenage siblings over watching television. The parent requested the deputy to counsel the teens.

FRIDAY, JUNE 30 – Complainant said his brother rammed his mobile home with a tractor.

FAMILY MATTERS

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 25 – A verbal altercation between family members over politics led to a family member being bitten in the face by the family dog.

SATURDAY, FEB. 11 – A father and grown daughter had a physical altercation over license plates. The father was arrested for assault family violence causes bodily injury.

SATURDAY, FEB. 18 – Complainant reported his deer feeder was stolen. He suspects his soon-to-be ex-father-in-law.

MONDAY, FEB. 27 – A verbal disturbance took place between father and daughter over political views.

SATURDAY, MARCH 18 – Complainant reported his stepfather, who is also his landlord, keeps harassing him by asking him for tools.

FRIDAY, MARCH 31 – A man is upset because his family member has not fixed his lawn mower yet.

FRIDAY, MAY 12 – An anonymous caller reported a woman crying across the street. Deputies found the woman was intoxicated on her sister’s porch crying over an e-cig. The intoxicated woman was released to her husband.

FRIDAY, MAY 26 – A father walked to his son’s house on the same property, and they began arguing over car keys. They assaulted each other but declined charges. Both were intoxicated.

THURSDAY, JUNE 29 – A mother reported her 18-year-old son was causing a disturbance after she asked him to help clean the house. The son left the residence for the night.

FRIDAY, JULY 21 – A woman reported her adult daughter was causing a disturbance. The disturbance was over a misunderstanding of where the television should be placed.

TUESDAY, AUG. 1 – A woman reported she wanted her son to move out of her residence. An argument ensued over him not wanting to move out. Both parties were separated for the evening.

SUNDAY, AUG. 6 – A verbal disturbance took place between two intoxicated women. The other party to the fight was gone prior to arrival. Relatives agreed to care for the other intoxicated woman and put her to bed. Relatives said the intoxicated woman became upset because she couldn’t find her beer and started pushing people. She was arrested for simple assault.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 16 – A woman said she and her son’s girlfriend got into a verbal argument over pictures being taken off the wall. Both parties were separated for the evening and agreed to talk in the morning.

SUNDAY, FEB. 5 – Complainant reported a verbal disturbance taking place over a pig that was shot. The complainant stated her neighbor shot and killed her pig. The neighbor stated the pig came onto his property, and he believed his life was in danger so he shot the pig.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8 – A woman reported her neighbor has a game camera pointed toward her home.

THURSDAY, APRIL 13 – A man stated his church, Rhome Police Department and several other places have received disparaging letters and emails from his neighbor about him in an attempt to humiliate, discredit and harass him.

THURSDAY, APRIL 13 – A man stated his neighbor used a tractor and tilled up and destroyed his gravel driveway.

MONDAY, MAY 22 – A woman reported watching video of her neighbor throwing one of the complainant’s puppies over the property fence.

MONDAY, JUNE 12 – A man reported his neighbor threatened to kill him.

TUESDAY, AUG. 8 – A man was upset that the neighbor’s goats ate his bushes.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 23 – A complainant reported her neighbor keeps throwing dog feces over the fence and into her yard.

TUESDAY, AUG. 29 – A man reported his neighbor had a contraption that resembled a bomb on his property. The fire marshal arrived on the scene and stated it was a fake bomb.

FRIDAY, OCT. 6 – A woman stated her neighbor came onto her property and displayed a badge. He got on to her for running a stop sign. He was found to be a U.S. Customs agent. He was given a trespass warning at the request of the complainant.

TUESDAY, OCT. 17 – A man reported his dogs were shot by a neighbor. The neighbor stated when he shot the dogs they were attacking his chickens.

SATURDAY, OCT. 28 – A verbal disturbance took place between a man and woman. The woman’s grandfather kicked the man out of the house due to him being intoxicated and fighting with the woman. The man walked across the street and started another disturbance with neighbors. The man was arrested for public intoxication.

MONDAY, DEC. 4 – A man advised he was accused of taking photographs of the neighbor’s wife. During the investigation, it was determined it was a misunderstanding between neighbors. Parties were separated for the evening.

FRIDAY, MARCH 3 – A man said he was scammed out of $2,500 when he purchased a vehicle off Facebook.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12 – A man reported he was being threatened by an unknown person in reference to an illicit video posted on the internet unless he sent money to Africa.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28 – A woman reported someone she knew opened an account in her name on plentyoffish.com. Inappropriate photos and a contact number was listed. She contacted the person, and the account was terminated.

MONDAY, SEPT. 18 – A woman reported a man she met on Facebook when he came over after she told him not to. He was issued a trespass warning.

THURSDAY, DEC. 14 – A man reported someone stole his photo from a website and used it to scam individuals wanting to buy puppies.

SUNDAY, JAN. 8 – A complainant reported 11 cows and three prize roosters were stolen from his property.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15 – Three show roosters were stolen by a possible known subject.

SUNDAY, AUG. 6 – A man reported being pushed by a known person as he tried to bury his dog.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 15 – Complainants said a man told them he would shoot them if they honked at his cow again.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 29 – A man stated someone threw his chicken coop off his back porch, and the chickens were missing.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 15 – Complainant reported a known person stole a shotgun, cash, credit cards and a dog while the person lived with the complainant.

ANTI-SOCIAL GATHERINGS

SUNDAY, FEB. 5 – Several people were fighting in the parking lot of the apartments. It was discovered the people fighting were attempting to fight the host of a party they attended. The host of the party had an active felony warrant out of Wise County. The host came to jail.

MONDAY, APRIL 24 – The complainant reported several people were fighting inside the park. The people were located driving out of the park. They were stopped and advised they were play fighting.

SUNDAY, MAY 21 – A verbal disturbance took place over a child’s birthday party. One person on scene was found to have a parole violation warrant. He was taken to jail.

SATURDAY, JUNE 10 – An intoxicated person was yelling and taunting a church group to fight. The person was located and placed into custody for public intoxication.

MONDAY, JAN. 16 – A woman reported someone drove a vehicle through her fence and did donuts in her yard.

SATURDAY, JAN. 28 – An employee of the store took cash from the register several times and bought lottery tickets with the stolen cash.

TUESDAY, JAN. 31 – Complainant advised someone he knew threatened to damage his vehicle if he did not return a phone charger. The complainant gave the phone charger back.

WORST GAME OF HIDE AND SEEK

MONDAY, FEB. 6 – Complainant reported a person at the location had multiple warrants. After a search of the home, the person was found hiding underneath a bed in the back room.

SATURDAY, FEB. 11 – Residents were arguing over buying flu medicine. They were separated for the evening.

TUESDAY, FEB. 14 – Once a house fire was extinguished, the fire marshal located a number of marijuana plants in a closet.

FRIDAY, MARCH 3 – A verbal disturbance took place between everyone in the residence over someone having a bad day at work.

THURSDAY, APRIL 13 – Complainant reported being swindled out of $30,000 for a construction job by a con artist.

SUNDAY, JULY 16 – A man fled a traffic stop on an ATV, leading the chase into an RV park where he was located and arrested for evading and possession of marijuana.

TUESDAY, JULY 18 – A woman entered a home she believed belonged to her friend. The homeowner told her it was the wrong house. The woman was issued a criminal trespass warning.

FRIDAY, JULY 21 – Complainant reported a known person sliced a hole in the side of the pool.

MONDAY, JULY 24 – A woman insisted on being arrested. While being questioned in reference to why she wished to be arrested, she became belligerent and was arrested for disorderly conduct.

THURSDAY, AUG. 10 – A man said someone is flying a drone in the area of his home, and it appears the operator may be looking in windows. He wanted to know what he could do.

THURSDAY, AUG. 10 – A woman said a man was trying to break into her house. It was found he was just urinating in her yard. He was issued a criminal trespass warning.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 17 – A woman said a friend threatened to burn her house down, due to him being upset she didn’t want to be his friend anymore.

FRIDAY, OCT. 6 – A man and his friend got into an argument over when they would stop for breaks while driving. Parties were separated.

MAN IN BLACK STEALS SNACKS FROM SHACK

FRIDAY, OCT. 20 – Complainant reported a young male dressed all in black was seen fleeing the pump site. Several soft drinks, as well as snacks, were stolen from a guard shack.

SUNDAY, OCT. 29 – Two gates and an airliner mobile staircase were damaged by a known person.

WHERE DID HE STASH THE POT?

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 1 – A woman reported an unknown naked man was inside her home. It was found that the man was at a party next door and became intoxicated and entered the home. He was arrested for burglary of a habitation and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

SATURDAY, NOV. 25 – A woman reported she was given methamphetamine by a known person and was to pay for it later. Her vehicle was burglarized and her cell phones damaged by the man for not paying him back in time.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 20 – A man stated his Christmas lights were cut by an unknown person.
