Eric Shephard and Megan Rankin of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Legend Allan Shephard on Dec. 19, 2017, at Wise Health System in Decatur.
He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
He has a sister, Khloee Shephard, 6.
Grandparents are Cristal and Ruben Broussard, Stacey Gonzales and Craig Rankin.
