Bobby “Bob” Don Duvall, 81, of Boyd, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017.

Graveside service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Opal Cemetery in Springtown.

Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd is handling arrangements.

Bob was born Feb. 18, 1936, in Garner to Bill and Ila Duvall. Bob was a strong, Christian man who served the Lord and loved the Lord completely. He worked as a civil engineer and retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Bob enjoyed fishing with his sons, watching college basketball, watching the birds and working in the yard and garden. He enjoyed being outside with his dog, Hoppy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and son Steven Dauenhauer.

Bob is survived by his spouse of 33 years, Janet Duvall; children Scott Duvall and wife, Judy, Keith Duvall and wife, Annette, Bret Duvall and wife, Cheryl, Debbie Dauenhauer Tedder, Ricky Dauenhauer and wife, Chantal, and Bobby Dauenhauer and wife, Christy.

Other survivors include grandchildren Ashley and husband, Zack, Amy Megan, Ellerie and husband, Caleb, Jacob, Rachel, Caleb and wife, Lacy, Jare, Derek, Joni, Cameron and wife, Amber, Colby, Caston, Rebecca, Brooklyn, Brinklee, Caitlin and Payton; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings Doris Layne, Huelyn Duvall, Ruthie Baca and Carolyn Price.
