CLAY SHOOT – Devon’s 10th annual Sporting Clay Shoot benefiting United Way is Friday, Sept. 29, at Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds. Registration is at 8 a.m., and first flight is at 9. TASTE BRIDGEPORT – The second annual Taste Bridgeport is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, on Halsell Street. Tickets are available for purchase at – $30 for individuals, $25 per person for couples and $25 for teachers. Groups of 10 or more can receive a discount rate by calling the Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce at 940-683-2076. Tickets include food tasting, a wine glass, wine pairings and entry to the Le Freak concert after-party. CHAMBER AUCTION – The Decatur Chamber of Commerce dinner and auction is 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at the Decatur Conference Center. This year’s theme is Halloween Under the Big Top. Come dressed in Halloween or circus attire for the costume contest. There will also be a silent auction and raffle.
