Officers who attended the ceremony include (from left) Deputy Tony Rogers, Sgt. Jay T Manoushagian, Sgt. Cavin Riggs, K-9 Deputy Rodney Thompson, Lt. Chuck Gomez, K-9 Deputy Jamie O’Bannon and K-9 Deputy Robert Sparks. All 12 Texas officers who died in the line of duty last year were honored, as well as two other K-9 officers. Submitted photo
