Kimberly Ann Cantrell of Decatur, daughter of Bayles and Lupe Cantrell of Arlington, married Matthew Wilson Smith, son of Mark and Joyce Smith, all of Decatur, on Oct. 21, 2016, at Five Oaks Farm in Cleburne.
The Rev. Mike Wheat of County Line Cowboy Church in Sunset officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Carolyn Cantrell of Arlington. Her bridesmaids included Jennifer Smith of Arlington, sister of the groom; Amanda Berger of Waco; Paloma Macias and Kayla Buenting of Dallas; and Lindsay Cartwright of Burleson, all friends of the bride.
Zoey Burkhart, daughter of Cody and Jodi Burkhart and the groom’s second cousin, all of Decatur, was the flower girl.
Ethan Cantrell, son of Carolyn Cantrell and the bride’s nephew, of Arlington, was the ringbearer.
Best man was Nathan Quisenberry of Burleson, a longtime friend.
Other groomsmen were Franklin Wood of Denton, Alex Hodges and Adam Sturtevant of Alvord, Billy Carr and Tuxie Ballard of Decatur, all friends of the groom.
Guitarist was Chito Lamderson of Chico.
A reception followed at Five Oak Farms.
Rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom’s parents, was at Fly By Night Cattle Company Steakhouse in Cleburne.
The couple spent their honeymoon on a Caribbean cruise.
They plan to live in Decatur.
Grandparents of the bride are Carolyn Cantrell and the late Dean Cantrell of Possum Kingdom and Maria Samaniego-Cortez and Baudelio Samaniego of Arlington.
Grandparents of the groom are Jack Smith and the late Sue Smith Harris of Decatur and the late Homer and Dorothy Wilson of Arlington.
