Staci Marie Travis of Plano, daughter of Daniel and Cindy Travis of Fort Worth, married Keith Dustin Stokes of Plano, son of David and Shelly Stokes of Paradise, Nov. 19, 2016, at MD Resort in Aurora.

The Rev. Alistair Flowers officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown with a sculptured lace yoke over a sweetheart neckline. The gown had 3/4-length sleeves and a sheer backline that buttoned with tiny pearl buttons. It also featured a dropped basque waist and gathered skirt with lace applique.

The full-length gown tied at the waist with a tiny Swarowski crystal belt.

The ivory-tulle veil with lace trim fell to mid-waist. The veil was held in place with a pearl-covered comb.

The bride carried a bouquet of blush colored roses, cream hydrangeas and sage. She wore blue shoes.

The maid of honor was the bride’s best friend, Chelsea Drescher of Plano. Bridesmaids included: the bride’s sister, Sarah Travis, of Denton; the groom’s sister Kyndrae Stokes of Dallas; friend Angela Jones of Dallas; friend Megan Reeves of Carrollton; and friend Katie Maston of Plano.

Each attendant wore a grey chiffon gown with sheer straps, a keyhole back and sweetheart neckline. The dress featured a floor-length shirred skirt. All the bridesmaids wore navy shoes and carried a bouquet of blush roses and cream hydrangeas, accented with sage and navy ribbons.

The flower girl was Katie Bordelon, and the ring bearer was Matthew Bordelon, children of groomsman Brad Bordelon and wife, Angela, of Trophy Club.

The best man was the groom’s best friend from high school, Dusty Reeves of Illinois. The groomsmen were Jay Stokes of Dallas, uncle of the groom; Dan Travis of Dallas, brother of the bride; Brad Bordelon of Trophy Club; Rick Sierra of Plano; and Jared Cole of Plano.

Tyrus Travis of Denton, brother of the bride, was usher.

Guestbook attendant was cousin Makayla McKee of Illinois.

Scott Smith of Saginaw was the guitarist. He’s a friend of the bride and groom. The bride walked down the aisle to “Marry Me” by Train. Smith accompanied a friend of the bride and groom, who sang “Make You Feel my Love.”

The reception, hosted by the bride and groom, followed the ceremony at MD Resort Party Barn.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Barcelona, Spain.

They plan to live in Plano.
