The Henrietta Bearcats dashed the Paradise Panthers’ postseason hopes Tuesday.

Henrietta held off Paradise for a 55-42 victory to eliminate Paradise from the playoff hunt with two games left.

The Bearcats built a 40-32 lead at the end of the third quarter and outscored Paradise 15-10 in the final frame.

Landry Norwood led Paradise with 17 points. Brayden Ford and Cash Preather added eight each. Skyler Black and John Bridgeman chipped in four apiece and Caiden Berry one.


The Boyd Yellowjackets could not slow down playoff-bound Nocona Tuesday, falling 78-58.
