Rowden wins 2 races

Three-time University Interscholastic League state swimming qualifier Katey Rowden won a pair of races over the weekend at the Lakeside Aquatic meet in Keller.

Swimming with the Quest Aquatics, she won the 200 backstroke in the 15-and-over group in 2:24.13 and 200 butterfly in 2:22.8. Katey also took second in the 200 individual medley in 2:26.23 and fourth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:24.11.

Milly Rowden won the 200 backstroke in 2:36.18 and 50 butterfly in 33.85 in the 11/12 group. She was fourth in the 50 backstroke in 35.38.

Allie Blevins captured first in the 13/14 200 freestyle in 2:12.41. She was fifth in the 50 freestyle in 28.81.

Madison Schwabe won the 7-and-under 25 breaststroke in 41.78. She was third in the 25 backstroke in 29.93 and fourth in the 25 freestyle in 30.45.

Emily Howdeshell – 6th, 50 freestyle, 31.74; 8th, 100 freestyle, 1:07.24

Lizey Rowden – 6th, 200 IM, 2:34.76; 6th, 200 backstroke, 2:31.32; 7th, 100 freestyle, 1:03.5

11/12

Zach Levesque – 8th, 50 freestyle, 33.09

9/10

Chase Wallen – 4th, 100 freestyle, 1:23.78; 5th, 50 backstroke, 43.22; 6th, 100 breastroke, 1:50.23
