Rowden earns two bronze medals

Decatur senior Katey Rowden finished third in the 100 and 50 freestyle races over the weekend at the Level 2 Long Course Championships in Lewisville.

Rowden finished the 50 in 29.05 and 100 in 1:02.78. She took sixth in the 100 butterfly in 1:10.50 and seventh in the 200 butterfly in 2:49.05. Rowden was 11th in the 200 freestyle in 2:22.58.

Milly Rowden took seventh in the 200 backstroke in 3:05.50.

Lizey Rowden managed 11th in the 400 individual medley in 6:18.82 and 15th in the 200 backstroke in 2:58.8.

Ethan Miles finished ninth in the 50 freestyle in 27.38. He took 15th in the 200 backstroke in 2:45.28. In the 100 backstroke, he was 16th in 1:13.33.

Jennifer Morehart and Allie Blevins also competed in the meet for the Quest Aquatics squad.

Some Quest members will head to Frisco this weekend for the Level 3 championships.
