Maricela Miranda and Luis Torres of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Isabella Torres, on Feb. 17, 2014, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur.

She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.

She has two brothers: Christian, 7, and Sebastian, 4.

Grandparents are Juana S. and Moises Torres of Decatur and Eulalia and Juan Miranda of Mexico.
