NISD wins state Crime Stopper award

The Northwest ISD campus Crime Stoppers program received three state awards at the 2014 Texas Campus Crime Stopper Conference.

For having the most general dollar amount recovered and the most cases cleared, the group received the productivity award. The team was also recognized for best website, www.campustipster.com, and won the newsprint competition.

More than 550 students and advisors attended the state conference. Winners were recognized for programs that show exceptional qualities and performance in a wide range of topics.
