Barbara June Seibold, 75, a nurse’s aide, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, in Fort Worth.
Funeral was Feb. 28 at First Baptist Church in Boyd with burial at Aurora Cemetery under the direction of Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Ernest Partin officiated, assisted by Danny Seibold. Pallbearers were Ernest Partin, James Partin, Danny Seibold, Michael Harvey, Mark Harvey and Sean Wright.
Barbara was born Feb. 27, 1938, in San Saba to Clinton and Ozella (Fagan) Fulcher. She married Walter Anthony Seibold Nov. 1, 1956, in Weatherford, and they were lovingly married for 42 years before his passing in 1998.
Barbara worked many years as a caregiver for several Fort Worth nursing homes. She had a kind and gentle heart, and all that met her became lifelong friends. Many were proud to think of her as their second mom. Her warmth and humor always cheered a person up. She enjoyed family, friends, NASCAR racing, bingo and trips to WinStar. She was a former member of Moose Lodge 1100 and the Masons.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sons Mark, Larry, Randy and Rodney; and sister Faye Bardwell.
Survivors include her daughter, Alice Blevins and husband, Bill, of Fort Worth; grandchildren Greg Anthony Blevins and partner, Tiffany Crowley, of Newark and Joe Don Blevins and wife, Meagan, of Killeen; great-grandchildren Kreg Blevins, Erika Gonzales, Mason Blevins, Trinity Blevins, Kane Blevins, Harlee Mae Blevins and Blue Blevins; brother James “Butch” Fulcher and wife, Beverly; sister Lynn Harvey and husband, Alfred; and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
The family wishes to acknowledge the special support provided by both family and friends.
